If you want private, you got it here, I think this place is being under construction, because I thought it had a pool, but it was not available. It was closed due to overhaul work on this and the building, surrounded by companies and nothing else. The part I stayed and room was in good condition everything working.

Decent hotel for a value stay.
-
Solid room, no issues, in a good part of town 30 mins away from Philly - this is a good option for a place to rest your head, get up and go.
-
Remolding. I miss the breakfast. The staff remember my husband and I after 7 month. I loved that

Staff - one person - was welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and okay. Breakfast below par.

Great stay for me and my gf. Her first time coming to Philly, so I’m glad we came here. Extremely affordable, clean, and relaxing. I only gave a 4 on the cleaning cuz we did have a small streak of residue on the floor near the bed, but other than that, everything else was clean!
-
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

When returning to check out, had to carry my luggage down the steps and was at the checkout desk for 7 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Not very happy!

The room was fine and clean. The bed very comfortable . Nice clean linens and plenty of soap etc. Very disappointing that the elevator was broken and we had to climb 32 steps carrying luggage. I am 80 and my daughter is in her 50s but struggled. Also planned to sleep at least to 8:00, since we had an exhausting 4 hour ride in the rain, but was awakened by a loud yippy dog barking in the next room at 5:45 AM . there could have been a warning about the elevator and there should be a seperate area for people that bring animals. Maybe more space in the bathroom..hardly room to set anything down.

location One of the primary reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. I was staying there during a dangerous heatwave. But the pool was unavailable! I would like a partial refund because of this.

Paid full price. Had no power so we couldn't watch tv. No lights. No shower. No air-conditioning. We had national track meet the next day and did not rest well.
-
Polite staff. Plenty of parking. Paid for the hot tub but it was dirty. I then tried to drain it and it was clogged and had to plunge the hot tub to drain the water down. Wasted money paying for this extra feature I couldn’t use. The ice machine was also not working. Mattress was sinking towards the center.

Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.
-
Best value when booked months in advance Closed for renovations and no notification of the cancellation. We had to find an alternative at the very last moment.
-
No rugs in the guest rooms.
-
Room skimpy in towels, amenities, etc. Breakfast Ok. Kind of isolated.
-
Breakfast was ok. I didn't expect much being free with a room.
-
Standard overnight room, small, comfortable, air-conditioned, and a large fridge. Room was missing an ice bucket, alarm clock, iron and board, hair dryer or dishes, etc. for the little kitchenette. Did not see an ice machine either. It did have a nice picture above the bed. They charge $100.00 temporary debit on your credit card, etc. for damages and incidentals.

Complimentary breakfast was terrific. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The water temperature for the shower handles was the opposite of what you'd expect: cold/hot. The bathroom needs to be cleaned. The sink drain needs to be cleared. The wifi didn't was very slow and made computer work very difficult.
