Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Washington - Philadelphia by IHG

We pushed the hospital and were released early. We arrived back at the hotel about 11:20 AM and found our keys were disconnected. Of course, we received a fake apology, but it left a poor taste in our mouths

Handy to the freeway

It felt like an upscale hotel. Our suite was unique in that the sofabed was in a separate 'room" with its own TV. The breakfast was excellent and in a peaceful uncrowded setting. Also, the location was ideal. minutes from a number of interstates. Plenty of parking, but it took some searching when we returned late in the night. Evidently even Wednesday, the hotel is sold out.

Exceptional

I attempted to cancel this reservation multiple times, because I needed a room for 3 nights and was booked for only one night. The cancelation process was convoluted and confusing. I called the hotel directly but was told I needed to cancel thru the 3rd party.

I reserved a king room and I got a double queen bed room instead.

Kind staff

Very friendly staff and helpful. Excellent breakfast!

It was a very lovely room but the refrigerator was broken.

The staff upon arrival was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We needed train information to head to Philly and the host gave us everything we needed to know, and then some!! The room was wonderful! The bed was the most comfortable we'd had in our 2wk trip. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely pick this hotel again should we travel back that way.

The room was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great too

I canceled this room and was charged anyway! $ 263.12

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast wasnt bad.

Great pool area, crowded dining as there were two weddings!

Free breakfast and staff that actually helps you when needed

Very nice property. Great location by the commuter rail station to get in and out of Philadelphia easily. Very good breakfast and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal.
