Lovely helpful staff. Clean rooms. Really enjoyed my stay.

When I booked my room thru. Expedia I always look for hotels with breakfast included. The box by free breakfast was included so I booked it. When I went to breakfast I noticed a sign advertising breakfast for $16 or so, I approached the girl working the dining room and explained my situation and she was writing down room numbers of those who were eating. She said ok don’t worry about it. Now I see I was charged $33.90. I am very unhappy about this and hope it was a mistake.

The toilet in room 212 needs to be cleaned

Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!

The Hotel Was Awesome Definitely Going Back

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, clean towels etc. Ice machine could be cleaned up and that area. Otherwise it's 33 minutes from Philly so it was quiet.

Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.

The TV did not work in my room so I asked to be moved to a different room. In the the new room, the sink had a leak. They charge you for breakfast but they do not provided you anything more then the standard continental breakfast that you can get free just about anywhere else. It was not worth the price.

Part A-First day, Friday night Terrible room, cigarette odor, bathroom door won’t open, A/C was noisy at night and was hard to sleep. Front desk response was a disaster. No other room, no solution for the door, limited air deodorizer and no solution for the A/C room. Part B, Saturday morning Much better response from the front desk. Got a new room, normal bathroom door, good working A/C. Overall, average experience, not typical Hilton.

We reserved a King/Shower room and it was very good. Very comfortable bed and soft towels. On check in we had Wilson who was very polite and knowledgeable about hotel and area we were staying in. The onsite amenities are worth staying here along with the breakfast that is available although not complimentary.

The room had workers equipment in it when we checked in. There were no coffee or water cups in the room and the Television was impossible for us to work. Also, only one of the two elevators was working. Not worth $234 !!!!

Great stay .great location

The hotel is tired and in need of major upgrades. The sheets and comforter were stained as well. We ended up leaving after only one night due to the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable beds.

The location was the only good thing I can say about my stay. We checked in and our room was on the 4th floor but not a problem. They had 1 working elevator and it was extremely slow. The hallway smelled like a kennel and when we got to our room the television did not work so we had to move to another room. Get to the new room and later that night the room right next to us had 2 small dogs that barked every few hours and the people had their television volume so loud we could have heard it with ear plugs in. Called the desk about it and that resulted in no change of the noise. Three night stay with three nights of barking dogs and loud television. Using the shower but the exhaust fan did not work at all.
