Nothing Bed bug very dirty staff rude don’t speak English well

We didnt stay once we walked in there were drunks everywhere and thebwhole place snelled like pot. It was extremely noises and the room was filthy. I wouldnt even set my bag down. We turned around and walked out and slept in our car. I want my money back.

The side parking is dangerous. There was 3 vehicles with flat tires. Never seen them get moved or touched.

I literally accidentally paid for this location and it was the wrong location and they are refusing to refund me

It was the only one I could afford at the the time so I know it wasn't gonna be a five star hotel but there was Nothing I liked about it The refrigerator didn't work , there were cockroaches!!! On the walls and IN THE MICROWAVE, holes in the walls, smelled like dirty dog and cigars everywhere, the owners were EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE , charged for more toilet paper charged me extra deposit because I booked online to save money horrible

The bed had bedbugs and I kept waking up with bumps on me

The bathroom door was broken it wouldn't close all the way.

Drugs, cops, and prostitutes. Homeless people in the hallways. I couldn't stay there.

The rodents roaches throughout the whole room .

It was close to the hospital The staff was extremely unfriendly and there were live roaches everywhere. The toilet paper roll was nearly empty, (used) and there was no spare roll provided, rather, they sold a roll for $2 at the front desk. Also, this place was filthy and the sheets were heavily stained.

I never even stayed the first night I walked in the room and the first thing I saw was roaches crawling on the wall, I was told I could leave bc I asked for another room and it was the same as the other I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Could not breathe for the smoke and mold. Nothing

The dresser was broke and so was the microwave

They had roaches.\n There were children running around the hallways, unsupervised. When\n I asked for tor paper they got cocky. They charge $40 for a deposit why I don't know when their rumors are not clean. And they have roaches. It's been a week and I still have not got my doub edge back for both of my rooms. I don't recommend a hotel to anybody.drug deals in parking lot

The cable that about it The dirtiness, I saw roaches n bed bugs in my room n the office wasn't even in the office they was no where to be found till the morning

They had roaches really bad they was all out in the hallway and all I’ve never seen anything like this at a hotel before?

4 miles from the venue I was at Bugs,wrong size bed, loud guests, mold in bathroom no phone in room Pot smell

Everything. Stink. Filth. Surly staff.

Nothing Location needs a complete overhaul
