Room wasn't that clean. There were hairs in the sink and all over the place. I get it is a dog room but you can vacuum! No breakfast or anything...just coffee. Okay but wouldn't stay again. $100 pet deposit that I had no clue about.

Staff were helpful. We had room #221 and it was surprisingly quiet even with it being across the street from the truck stop. The AC worked flawlessly. Large TV. Extra outlets for electronics. Good water pressure. So, for just under $60/night to sleep and shower it was ok for a weeks stay. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

They have roaches and I know for a fact our room had black mold as well and they wouldn't swith my room either and to too it off I have bed bug bites all over my back

I could understand if we just showed up needing a room but we had already paid for our room. Not very helpful. The place needs an elevator too. I've stayed there a couple of times and the last time our room key quit working and even their master key wouldn't work either. But for the price the place is ok.

Hotel was very run down and rooms were not very clean. It really could be nice if they updated it with some paint and new bedding. Pillows were very old and flat.

STAFF IS A BIT TESTY AND RUDE. ALL FAMILY RUN SO IN YOUR BUSINESS AND ASKING THEM FOR ANYTHING IS LIKE KILLING THEIR PET OR SOMETHING..VERY DRAMATIC..WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

One of my rooms had to be sprayed with room freshener cuz it smelled like death and a cockroach came out of the vent in the bathroom

Beds were absolutly horrible super uncomfortable could feel every spring the pillows were terrible it took 3 pillows to equal out to a decent pillow the bathroom door had to be slammed to close it
