People talking in loud voices in hallway in middle of the night and Dog barking in hallway. Large building across the street had bright lights on all night so room was not dark. Will not book there again.

It sucks no breakfast

Everything else was a bad experience. Cleaning staff was smug, personnel not friendly or forthcoming, and we only received 2 room makeovers during a 10-day stay. We are requesting a 2-day refund of the total pricing. Left 3 calls for the manager.

Only difficulty was toilet. It is small and very low to ground. Very very hard for 6 foot female to get up from

I’ve stayed at this property several times. I’m a travel nurse and need a room for 1-2 night a week, I figured it would be a convenient cheap option since it’s off the interstate and 10 minutes from the hospital. Check in is quick and staff have been pleasant. THEY GAVE ME COCK ROACHES. I’ve never in my LIFE had bugs, mice or ANY THING. I’m an exceptionally clean person, I literally work in surgery and I keep my house just as clean with OCD. A few weeks ago I stayed there and saw what I thought was a beetle in the bathroom. It was a German cockroach. They’re notorious hitchhikers. For context all I ever bring is a small backpack and lunch box. That’s it. The facility itself would’ve been fine had it not be for the fact that the bathroom were consistently dingy, the ROACHES, and the strip club 20 ft across the parking lot. I guess it’s my fault for expecting the bare minimum of no infestation. Also they charge a $100 deposit fee when you get there which I think is ridiculous. That’s the cost of basically 2 nights extra that you get back 6 days later.

The room was just dirty. It was old. The bed is hard. They didn’t want to give me more towels what I had no service put up. They wasn’t friendly. They was horrible there. There will be nothing. Everything was bad. The hotel was bad inside it was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The bear was hard. Did he give me enough toilet paper it was just poorly.

This is a bit a of a shack up spot. It’s right next door to a strip club and you have long timers living there. The room itself was clean and I have no real complaints about the room itself but the toilet was way too low to the ground and it was hard to use.

It felt dirty.

The front desk service was excellent.
