Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Wayne-North

The floor in our bathroom was uneven, so the bathroom door kept getting stuck in a certain spot making it difficult to get in and out.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The property is clean and the pool was well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly atmosphere traveling to Ft. Wayne.

Breakfast was a LOOSER…I went down at 9 am … NO BACON left . NO Potatoes! No replenishment

The pool is below average and could use some work and upgrades. It is peeling around edges, not very large and only one shallow depth throughout.

The continental breakfast was what you'd expect, it was nothing over the top. If we had the choice to stay somewhere else for a future trip we would not choose this location again.

The hotel is very pet-friendly, which is something we truly appreciate. This was our second time staying here, and we would happily return again. The bathrooms are modern and updated, and I especially loved the shampoo and soap provided—they're high quality and a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to Hampton Inn, we normally stay at Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed. One bright spot was the evening desk staff. The lady was very welcoming and helpful. If not for her our visit would have been disastrous.

Much nicer than the surrounding properties by a long shot. And breakfast was great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to all the "attractions" of Fort Wayne. Stayed for three nights with no problems.

Not the best hotel if I’m ever in the area again, I will not book there again top blanket was dirty room smelt like mold and ceiling was peeling apart inside of the bathroom. There was a few nicks and holes in the walls beds was small and uncomfortable not worth the money

My heat/filling unit didn’t work. My door didn’t close automatically, I had to push it shut, the bathroom door doesn’t close tight- gets stuck on the floor. Hallways upstairs haven’t been vacuumed in a bit.

The 2nd shift staff and Mr. Phil in the morning made this hotel stay by far the best ever, they were entertaining, excited and engaging. 1st shift front of house staff could use some training, they acted as if they didn't even want to be there, as if we were a bother to their day.

Staff was rude, air conditioner didn’t work. Called to ask for pillows and they didn’t have any extra.

Hotel employee and her staff especially her housekeeping staff that never comes to the rooms are liars and thieves. The plumbing is horrible you literally have to stand in your dirty water while showering. No adequate housekeeping. Place falling apart like hotel employee
