Breakfast was good. The toilets were very low and thus difficult on the knees for older people such as us.

The rooms were in need of repair. The charge for parking seemed ridiculous. Overall it was fine for the price but could use some TLC.

We arrived late and staff was rude. Five dollar parking fee added on? Booking.com said price was $119.00 but I was charged $159.00 for the room. Baseboards in bathroom were missing, hair on shower wall. Body soap dispenser hanging off the shower wall. Not great.

Staff was really nice. Rooms were very outdated. Beds were hard. I’m sure it was cleaned, but it felt dirty. Left unimpressed, will not return.

For the price, the hotel was reasonable. As for amenities, the breakfast was less than adequate and needs an upgrade. What really caught me by surprise was a $5 charge for parking. In Fort Wayne? IMO it was just another tax for staying there and you need to figure it in your rate or get rid of it. My room was on the freeway side and the noise was loud in my room.

The customer service was phenomenal. The rooms were great. The area was wonderful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The only thing is that the pool was broken.

Great breakfast spread. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The two employees at night were super nice and the old man severing breakfast was nice as well... there was a long hair blonde lady that seemed aggravated with us bmx riders. Bed were hard and the pool area could use some ventilation it smelled like chemicals very badly as well as the pool was small and swallow.

Traffic was so loud from highway did not sleep at all

The hotel was clean, but the front desk lady didn’t seem to be in the best of moods when we got there.

We were welcomed very kindly at the front desk; however, our non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke, there was almost a 2-inch gap between the bottom of our room door and the floor (we could literally see the hallway from inside of our room), our bathroom door wouldn't shut, and things looked pretty banged up throughout the entire floor. The people running this hotel are amazing, but I don't think I would stay here again for the price we paid to be there.

This hotel is very run down. So many things broken, dirty, and not working. The place smells, and we genuinely did not feel comfortable even sitting on the beds. It was also pricey especially for the condition the hotel is in. They really need to renovated. It is old, dirty, and desperately needs a facelift.

The breakfast staff was wonderful!!!
