Staff are very courteous and helpful. Standard Doesn’t match with tariff they charge.

It was close to our event venue and it was quiet. The floors in our room were dirty.

Liked the unexpected kitchen in our room.

The size of the room was large and nice. This bathroom shower head was black from not being cleaned in a very long time and the tub had film and dirt lines in it from baths - it was so filthy we had to use water from the sink to wipe ourselves down since we got in at midnight and we're already exhausted. There was no wifi, it smelled and my bed was wobbly.

We got there late and they're machine was down after 45 minutes trying to check end they gave us our keys and said they would take care of it in morning. After getting settled in our room they came to the door with a form to fill out with our card info. We filled it out and gave it back to them. My husband was trying to sleep it was after eleven then the phone rings by the time my husband got to it they hung up so he laid back down after a few minutes they were knocking at the door wanting the CV number iff the card which was not asked for on the form they gave us. By this time my husband was tired and aggravated so we packed everything back up and left .

The facility is basic, but very clean and an exceptional deal. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. Plenty of hot water. Very good value for the price. Not bad, but a couple of little points: (1) No ice machine. The refrigerator had ice trays in the freezer, but they were empty. Bring your own ice! (2) The listing included breakfast. All it was: drinks [coffee, tea, cocoa], muffin, instant oatmeal. Not surprising for an extended stay location, but it should be so noted.

For what we were there for it was great!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was okay. Phone didn't work. Bathroom needs some updates. Overall stay was good

73399573455045 this is my confirmation number did not stay at the extended stay last might they denied my stay due to 100 deposit they requested at front desk. Alsoi did nit stay at the holiday inn that is on my past trios that was supposed to be canceled
