!!!!!!!!!!WARNING !!!!!!!! Front desk receptionist is absolutely RUDE and does her best to try to scam customers! I paid in full and was threatened on being kicked out after I attempted to ask about further more charges on my card after staying a whole 24 hours without extra charges. I book through 3rd party for this specific reason and was highly disrespected all the way up until check out! DO not book here ! Spend you’re hard earned money else where

Older Lady at front desk was extremely RUDE. And tried to scam me for my money. When I initially called about deposit I was told as long as room was paid for 3rd party I wouldn’t have to put a card down. Now today sept 1st I got a call from front desk that I need to come put 100 dollar deposit down after staying a whole night without having to. Then once i questioned her about it and told her I was told I didn’t have to she threatened to put me out and told me don’t use foul language after nothing disrespectful was even said. Now I’m being told my reservation is being canceled without refund. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE. VERY RUDE AND ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I’ve had nothing but issues since checking in. Elevators smell LIKE human waste

Rooms were nice but the 2nd floor had a horrible smell in thr hallways and no mircowaves in the rooms

Breakfast wasn’t the best but coffee was always available. Easy parking and clean rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, signs of lack of repairs were observed. Hallways smelled musty. Staff was good. Breakfast was plain, but good.

Simple but clean and was perfect for what we needed.

The lady at the front desk was rude right off the get go. Room was dirty. There was black mold in the bathtubs. There was some grossness on the air conditioning. Half the channels on the tv didn’t work. The beds were hard. They tried to blame a screw up on Expedia. I’ve never had a problem booking with Expedia. Except the 2 times I stayed at IHG group hotels. I will never stay here again nor will I ever stay at another IHG group hotels.

Room was great, bed was comfortable and very modern and clean. Plenty of walkable space and Meyers food store was two parking lots over. Will definitely stay again when in Ft. Wayne.

Small rooms

The only thing negative I have to say is the smell in the hallway on the 2nd floor. Something obvious got wet and they were blasting the heat to try to dry it. It smelled awful. However the room or anywhere else I went didn't smell at all. It was very clean and overall I had a great stay.

Nice rooms. Just too small

Very affordable hotel. Nicely designed hotel interior. Room was quite nice. Decent amenities. Basic breakfast and good coffee.

The place was clean, friendly and helpful staff, when they were around. Breakfast on Saturday morning ran out by 8:30 am & on Sunday, neither of the juice machines were working. Ample parking.

No microwave in the room. Fridge was not cold.

Overall the hotel was a good opinion for a 1 night stay. Was greeted right as I walked in, and got my room quickly. Room overall was nice, but after looking harder you can notice that there is a lot of wear occuring in the room especially in the bathroom. Room looked clean, but just things are showing signs of age (i.e. caulking in the shower, missing grout in the tile, etc). Wifi did not work for me, but I also did not try to ask the desk about fixing it, which I assume by the serve they would have tried. Breakfast was good overall, just a variety of items to grab and go. Was disappointed that the juice machine wasn't working, as all i normally have in the morning is OJ, but the food options were good.

I expected this hotel to be nicer and cleaner than what it was because of it being a newer hotel. The first room they gave me had stained sheets and the shower was nasty and it was globs of glue on and around the sink. The second room the bathroom was not up to par.

The staff was friendly, the breaksfast (according to my kid) was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was great. However, two nights in a row there was comotion and banging going on next door to us. The first night we noticed it around 12:30 in the morning. Sounded like the people next door were having some type of dispute. Yelling and screaming mostly. It kept us up for sometime before we finally fell asleep. The next night, same thing. I contacted the front desk to let them know that there was something going on in the room next to us. Again, loud banging, loud arguing. Not sure if someone came up to tell them to be quiet, because it continued for sometime after that. I hate to see what that room looked like after those guests checked out.
