Great property and amenities

The check-in process was degrading and a horrible experience. My significant other and I drove 4.5 hours in the rain and arrived around midnight, only to be greeted with attitude and disgust. The service clerk was extremely rude and racist during check-in. I said three words when she asked for my debit card ID and if I had a reservation—simply, "yes, I do." The staff immediately told me to leave. I had to de-escalate the situation and explain the importance of my prepaid reservation, especially since it was past midnight, and they wanted me to find another hotel because they thought I was being rude. I was not rude to the staff. Staff also made a hurtful comment about "you people," referring to Black people. This was very hurtful, discriminatory, and I have never been humiliated this much in my entire life. I travel all around as a professional and respectful person, and I did not deserve this. That was my experience. I will never return there again..

I will return my grandkids love the indoor outdoor pool

Our room was very nice and VERY clean. Would definitely choose this place again if staying in Fort Wayne.

The only thing missing is shampoo and body wash in the showers....usually book same room type but they have different style of that room and love the variety

I planned to use the indoor/outdoor pool due to the excessive heat yet the pool was closed during the duration of my stay.

Breakfast was amazing! Not to shabby at all. The pool super cool indoor to outdoor pool. The gym is like brand new renovated it’s super nice and clean and lots of good equipment! The tub was draining weird so it got dirty quickly and there was something else that was a minor thing that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would gladly come back for another.

The space in the room. The option to get drinks and bar food at night, and a light b-fast in the morning. The coffee was really good. The noises on the floor above me and the motorcycles and loud cars in the street.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and efficient. Although they were nice, I personally find that rings in the nose are inappropriate for workwear. It is off putting and un professional. I believe in personal choice, but also in work standards.
