Staff was great. Room clean but old. Tv was aweful. Breakfast ok. Stayed 3 nights.

Most of the staff at the front desk were not very friendly, particularly upon our initial arrival after 12 hours of travel with two very young kids. It seemed to be constant confusion as to whether the pool was opened or not, including letters saying that the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed and signs almost always up during our stay that said 'pool closed.' The breakfast and staff there was excellent. Overall, it was mostly a good visit.

Room was clean & comfy. You could hear street traffic and the people above us for most of the night. Towels & sheets were soft and clean. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it took awhile to see in the mirror and everything was moist. Front desk girl was welcoming and had a great smile and attitude. She was the best!

About the rest of our stay: the toilet in our room would NOT stop running the entire time!! Super frustrating to listen to all the time. And I imagine that running water runs up the hotels water bill. Breakfast was written down on our check in slip as 7am-10am everyday except for Friday when it's 6am-9am. But apparently breakfast is really just whenever they want to have it because on multiple days when it should have been set up until 10am we went out around 9:15/9:20am and it was ALREADY all picked up. Breakfast availability plays a huge part in searching for a hotel so it was pretty disappointing we only got it one day out of the 5 we were there. Lastly, during our stay there were hockey teams staying there as well. Which isn't an issue except for the fact of how selfish they were with the one and only grill available to use out by the pool. The hotel should really set a time limit for guests to use the grill so others wanting to use it also can. This ruined our dinner plan the last night we stayed there because the parents of the hockey teams were all out there consuming alcohol and spent 6pm-9:30pm on the grill!! Absolutely ridiculous. I'd give it 6/10 and recommend it for the pool specifically.

Room was clean and easily accessible from parking lot. Breakfast Wasn't the best options I've had from a hotel
-
It was very clean from the start. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t bad and had a decent selection. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked amazing! Indoor and outdoor connecting pool.
-
We were unable to check in until 6pm. After traveling all day that was a bit frustrating
-
Rooms were a bit outdated for the price, never really a fan of old carpet. Breakfast was so so. Pancake machine was out of order. Staff was very courteous.

Everything was what I expected. Will stay again if I decide to come out for tennis again.
-
Great play to stay with a group or single. Pool and courtyard area with grill and seating are absolutely awesome. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, not “hot” or “warm” when we were there.

Room had flies in it, breakfast was cold and dry. Overall hotel wasn't clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered a huge selection of food, the pool was great. It is in a good location to either hop on I69 or use surface streets to get around. Our mattresses were very comfortable and so were the pillows. We would use them again when we are back in Fort Wayne.

The jet tub didn't work fully. Had three days there wanted to stay in and have a movie night they offered movies through the tv. All three days the service was unavailable ended up spending 60.00 at a theater instead of the 25.00 they offered. For three days straight someone was filling a cooler with ice a large one all three days woke up to 30min straight of ice being ran. I'm a light sleeper and specifically checked for soundproof room and it said it was including the windows. The breakfast was only 3-4 warm items two machines said out of order so potatoes sausage and eggs was there"buffet style breakfast" it was our one year wedding anniversary and honestly the hotel was the only bad part of the trip will never stay with them ever again and I never leave reviews but on such an important occasion I can help myself

room was fine, parking ample, and breakfast was good
-
Pros: Kind Staff. Soft Bed. Free Parking Cons: Mystery allergic reaction inducing smell. Loud, we could hear people in the rooms above and around us, and everyone in the hallways.
-
Clean room, nice jet tub
-
Pool and courtyard are fun

When Iooked up the hotel the reason I booked it was because they had a hot tub, I booked through Expedia. There were two other hotels that were $50 cheaper, same amenities no hot tub. They had no hot tub, the desk clerk said they haven't had one for over 2 years. The breakfast items were cold or they were out of items, empty sausage, eggs, hash brown mix. The waffle maker was broken. Very disappointed. The beds were very comfortable, and not so high you had to jump to get on them, like so many hotels these days.

Breakfast wasn’t good. A group of adults throwing each other in the pool. Then one night fire alarm went off and woke us up over someone vaporizing in there room.
