Three Rivers Motel

I liked that it was available. It smelled bad, there was no phone in the room, there was no smoke detector, and that I had to pay for it seeing that I had already paid for a room in Marion when the location I searched in the Expedia app was Fort Wayne Indiana. When I should have been able to get a refund before I paid for another room in the same city as my destination.

The property seems to be in renovation mode but most parts of the property are below expectations. The elevator looks like it’s from 80’s. The first room given to us was not serviced at all, only the third one looked like it was serviced.

This hotel was dirty, 1st room they gave me smelled like Marijuana, had burn holes in the bedspread. 2,and 3 rooms had mold on lamps and ceiling. The bathroom was so bad I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies and sheets.

The hotel is going through a name change and renovations currently.

That breakfast was included. I didn't like that the beds are smaller than Queen and they are falsely advertising the rooms. I didn't like that the first room didn't have enough plugs for everything and I really didn't like that the new room we were moved to had bed bugs coming out the wall in the bathroom.

The air in the room The price was good there was no pool like it said on line and it was nothing like the picture showed and the breakfast there was nothing to eat ? had to go somewhere for breakfast ?

This place is disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere else. It’s filthy the toilets don’t flush lights don’t work. The rooms are dirty. The air conditioners don’t work.

Canceling my room 5 hours before my arrival and not being able to find a location for 7 people

Everything was bad overall

I recognize a fixerupper right away and I appreciated the effort to stay open and satisfy our needs and wants at the same time That we had to move to meet our needs

Nothing Dirty, missing light bulbs - only bath area and one lamp worked, items in disrepair. Not even coffee available.

No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out.

The floors were dirty, couldn't even take our shoes off. Stained sheets and holes in the blankets. The bathroom was not cleaned. The shower looked unusable. The fire alarm ws beeping when we got in so we had to disengage it. When telling the office they just laughed. We left after the 1st night and asked for a refund for our second night. Hace tried to correspond with booking.com for that refund with no luck.

They didnt have bed bugs Everything! Microwave was too big to bed in the room- kept flipping the serge protector outlet- fridge was unplugged and hot- it was like pulling teeth to get extra towels- just 2 pillows on the bed- the TV didnt even work!

Friendly and helpful customer service Issues with AC small and dirty bathroom and floors. Just overall not good looking clean room

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The sheets were dirty, towels looked dingy, floors with dirt and hair on them. Absolutely disgusting!

The new owners took out all of the best things that made the Travelodge a great place to stay! No coffee pits in the rooms! The breakfast was dry cereal and toast! Will not be staying there again!

The bed was comfortable and the size of the deluxe king room was amazing. Very cozy I didn't like how I asked for a ground room but was given room 240 which had 2 other people in it then gave us 204. That was a lot of walking for me knowing my health condition and the sink was clogged up in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't good, only had cereal and muffin no cream for the coffee.

The fridge was full of liquid and mold all over the inside. The bathroom wasn't cleaned there was hair all over the bath tub and the sink. The water didn't even work in the sink. When I brought it up to the front desk and showed them the pictures they simply said oh my.. I asked for a refund and was told no.asked of I could be switched to a clean room and was told no.

They didn't have a phone in the room they didn't have the mini fridge in the room we had to ask staff for that and it still never came and then the staff came and knocked on the door at 7:00 p.m. at night and told us that they had to install a thermostat and I told them no and they forced their way
