Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and accomodating

The pool was cold, we did not eat breakfast, we found 2 live cochroaches in the room and some ants.

Room was OK. Staff very unfriendly. The ONLY staff member that made eye contact and acknowledged us was lady at breakfast room. Housekeeping put numerous carts in hallway and difficult getting through. Parking lot full of weeds Desk clerk had a sweatshirt hoodie on. Everything about the place was unprofessional.

Bathroom was dirty. Pool is small.

The location was great and very close to everything we needed to do. The staff was incredibly rude to me. The only solution I received when was the manager was on the phone but refused to come down and assist us. The woman at the front desk even pushed my hand off the card reader when I “was holding it down too long” she was incredibly unprofessional and told us “I’ve only been here two weeks” as if that made it okay to be incredibly rude to my husband and I. We won’t stay again.

The room.was just cleaned buy thr room.smelled like a wet dog the pool looked dirty and since I paid theough a 3rd party I lost my money fir the room

The bodywash had not been replaced in the shower and there was no other soap. They did replace it after multiple requests.

I will say the breakfast was good. Eggs and waffles. Good coffee.

Easy parking , close to shopping and expressway , clean comfortable bed , great breakfast eggs, sausage , biscuits and gravy. Top notch

I really loved the breakfast. The homestyle yogurt machine I had never seen one like it before. Would have liked a ground floor room as we were staying with a dog. It was a quiet room though, and we were staying near the stairs with our own little hallway, as they put the pet friendly rooms close to the stairs for easy access. Overall was a clean place with friendly staff and a good value for the money.

No hot tub. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

I liked the fact that the staff was friendly. I didn't like that they took my complete payment out of my account BEFORE I GOT TO THE PROPERTY. THE WEBSITE says no prepayment needed and both times they took it EARLY.

Room not well maintained. Ac, bath fan and tv all had trouble. No in room coffee or hair dryer. Housekeeping did not stock toilet paper. Too few towels. There was a very comfortable bed. Couch was worn out.

Don't go often but this trip was good. Enjoyed my stay except I get up very early and no coffee pot in the room. No coffee until 6 am. I asked for handicap and toilet was too far down. Could not get up by myself. Had my daughter's to help. Thank goodness.
