Best Western Fort Wayne Inn & Suites North

I booked a room for a day I seen the room was dirty chairs had some type of liquid I don’t know what it is and looked very poorly maintained.I checked in and in less than 20 min I checked out. I’m so disgusted by this hotel I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, even regarding the customer service they didn’t say we will give a another room or Aleast show some type of care and compassion. I’m highly disappointed in this hotel.

We hardly got any sleep due to the noisy girls running up and down the hallway, talking and giggling at all hours of the night and even outside. Then there was an old A/C unit that made loud machine sounds when the fan turned on. July 3rd was not a night to have no A/C. We were supposed to stay a total of three nights but we checked out after the first. We won’t be back.

I liked that so many food/fun options are nearby. I didn't like that my access key didn't work at the door nearest to my room.

The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to restaurants. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy and yogurt. Debra was available to replenish and kept the breakfast area clean and she was very friendly. She decorated the facility for upcoming Fourth of July an added bonus!

It was easy to check-in, get to my room and set some rest for the night. The room and property were clean and orderly. I would stay here again.

Very comfy beds and accommodating staff The breakfast bar wasn't quite as hyped to be. The oj and sausage links were good but everything else had an "artificial" or "chemical taste"

Would recommend. Loved the breakfast, tv worked great, room was clean.

Clean room,good staff breakfast was good we had enough time for breakfast so we didnt have to wake up early the hot tub was good too excellent!!

Had trouble when I checked in. The guy there told me he could noy find my reservation. The guy seemed to be upset with life. Got to my room it had a bad smell? Went to the front desk and there were a shift change and an attitude change also. Lucy was full of joy and had a Great attitude with me. She changed the room and kept asking me if she could do anything to help out.

Nice room. Quiet. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. If we come this way again I would stay again

The property was nice, clean and we felt safe.

I will say that the breakfast bar was decent! Unfortunately there are not coffee machines in rooms so you can only get coffee during the breakfast bar hours.

The room was very clean and had a pleasant scent. The inside lobby was very pleasing to the eye. The decor theme was season based. Breakfast hostess was extremely nice. Very social and kept everything stocked. The guest seemed to enjoy the breakfast and atmosphere. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, we give this hotel and staff a perfect 10. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 3 out of the 8 days. Wish there was seating available outside.

Clean, spacious room. Bathroom clean but could use new paint. Breakfast typical of chain hotel.

Great place and very easy to access.

Quiet Blinds didn’t work and were ripped so I tucked them in and then got charged, yes I should have said something prior to that.

The chair and carpets were stained in the bedroom and the halls, the shower curtain was missing in the bathroom, and the security inside lock was broken off. The hotel had a really lovely design, but was very tired looking. Cheerful Fourth of July decor, and a fine breakfast.
