The staff was outstanding. They were helpful and informative. We would recommend them to anyone and would stay there again ourselves.

Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice after a long travel day. Great hotel! For a little extra money it’s really worth it. We stayed in another Fairfield the night before in Fort Wayne IN and it was just as good!

Quick and easy check in - it literally only took 2 minutes. The woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I appreciated this check in experience.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and there were lots of food options near by. It was very close to the zoo and botanical gardens.

We stay here a lot when in Fort Wayne. Our employees too! Great facility and management/ ownership. Highly recommend staying here. Good coffee and breakfast:)

Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. Another customers heat wasn’t sufficient and they didn’t have any extra blankets or heaters.(They had ran out of both). Needs some loving attention
