There was no eating options at the motel there’s a lot of restaurants in Fort Wayne but they’re always full. You’re always gonna wait. there was a refrigerator but no microwave in the room so I don’t know why there was a refrigerator. If your coffee got cold you couldn’t warm it up. You had to drink it cold

the property was very clean the room was very clean and nice nothing

Room was dated, carpet very dirty, shower curtain was a trip/fall hazard, no handle at end of shower away from shower head, we couldn’t adjust temperature control panel, fan ran all night, noisy and cold. We had to ask for new light bulb and Do Not Disturb sign. Maintenance came in our room while we were out - and- the do not disturb sign was posted on door!

Great communication, and directly across the street from where we was attending for the weekend.

Rug in room was damp all weekend but since it was completely booked they couldn’t move our family, in addition, If you plan on charging anything to your room, make sure that when you check out they give you a receipt. For a $10 pizza, I added to my room with a $3 tip. They charged me $28.74. And receptionist could explain to me as to why. Unfortunately, I’m Still waiting on manager to call me back

Hotel is a bit dated. Common area carpet is very worn. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

A side from the obvious outdated premises in every sense, I witnessed cockroaches in the lobby around the free coffee area. Never again!

Never stay at a hotel staffed by only one person.

There was hair all over the pillows like the sheets had not been changed on one of the two beds

My room had dirty carpet, but everything else was clean. I talked to the front desk about changing rooms for the second night because of the extreme loud kids and they did switch my room, which is a positive. They were very kind about switching rooms and very accommodating. My second room had outlets that did not work and my television remote did not work. Overall, the staff was great, but the rooms were not. I probably won’t stay there again because I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area that I prefer.

There is only one person staffing the entire hotel; if you want them to bring up a bottle of water or some tissues, you either have to go down and get it yourself or wait until the next day.

The bed was comfortable The room was not clean, carpet was smelling, bathroom was dirty. The checking staff was wonder but the check out staff and the lady who I suppose was a manager was absolutely horrible. No customer service at all, she was calling me the one who was booked by a third party, the chased me out of a room like a dog, the denied they allowed me to extent until 12:30; they started opening my door at 0900, then 10000, then got called at 11:30, and at 11:40 they came up to my room to knock and to tell me to grab my stuff and leave the property. They were so rude and liars

The bathroom was NOT cleaned properly. There was old urine on the toilet seat and the floor was sticky - not sure if it was sticky from old urine or a cleaning solution. I didn't want to be in the room for very long and avoided the bathroom as much as possible. I will not be back to this hotel.
