The hotel is/was under renovation - but the fire alarm went off twice - 2am and 730 am, I was thinking - maybe a partial refund, but no. From the front desk it was a faulty sensor in a room that was going off occasionally. It was repaired and the front desk decided to give me a energy drink for my trouble. I passed.

My pup and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was under renovations during my stay but everything was clean and our room was comfortable. Rebecca at at the front desk was wonderful!

Room and hotel were fine, BUT the room air conditioner was so loud you could hardly sleep. Loke a freight train running through the room.

The hotel was getting renovated while we were there. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close because the toilet was too large and prevented it from closing. Additionally, the AC unit was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Michael at the front desk is very helpful and upbeat. I would have given all stars, but not happy with the marijuana smell in the hallways.

Room is not made for more than one person. Very inconvenient where shower and bathroom are and super small. No privacy or space at all.

The hotel was in a remodeling phase, but I had learned during my stay that this phase has lasted well over a year. The room design was unusual in the shower faucet fell off when I touched it so I had to take a hot shower at least the room was newly remodeled the POS system in the lobby/bar area wasn’t working they charge anything you order to your room and I had a charge on my card that I did not order. I will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s not a modern hotel but it is clean, good breakfast buffet and close to restaurants. For a business trip it’s great.

Only 2 luggage carts were available. For a hotel this size seems like there should have been more.
