Friendly reception staff and decent breakfast choices. The coffee could have had a refresh. Very convenient location with several restaurants, shopping and movie theater within walking distance.

Clean modern room and comfortable bed.

The room was clean and modern with a nice bathroom. My only issues are that the toilet is in with the shower, not the when one has to go while another showers. And the bed is soft. Good for anyone under 100 pounds or in excess of 300 pounds, not so much for in between. For the money, it’s a good choice for a few days. Beyond that, you’ll want something else for better sleep and breakfast.

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly one even brought out pool floats for my son to play with in the pool. The only complaint is the bathroom was a little tight in the room. Other than that everything was great.

Employees friendly and helpful. Recently remodeled, nice. Lots of choices for breakfast , including eggs,saugage,fruit,yogurt, french toast, and wraps for burritos. Bed was too soft

I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering.
