Spark by Hilton Fort Wayne

We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price.

The environment was quiet and everything was comfortable. We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked good. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the Fort Wayne area.

The property was clean and as a solo woman traveler I felt safe. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

Staff professional, clean fresh room, nice breakfast. Worth it!!!

Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. At one point early in my stay I had to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was dirty afterwards confirming that the floors had not been mopped in a while, or were mopped with a dirty mop. The room is not very spacious for an accessible room. There was only one place I could park my power wheelchair. I had to drive past the bed, move the desk furniture out of the way, do a tight turn and then back my chair next to the far side of the bed. The bathroom door would not shut with my wheelchair inside (see photo). The setup with where the main door and the bathroom door are located is not very conducive for a wheelchair user. The main door to the room is very heavy, and the hinges on the bathroom door were so loud I'm sure my neighbors could hear it every time it was opened or closed. The bathroom setup has plenty of grab bars, but it's not as helpful when you can't even get your wheelchair fully into the bathroom. The soap and shampoo dispensers were above the fold down shower bench, which are difficult to reach if showering independently. They do have a magnetic detachable shower head, but both these are on the opposite side as the shower bench.

Very noisy, highway noise was loud. Old hotel that was remodeled. Not worth the money.

Breakfast could have more of a selection. No eggs or toast available.

Well done as far as the facilities and staff For advertising breakfast and what was available was pretty dismal to say the least

This place was super clean. Perfect location for coming into town. The cost was good.

We were only there for one night, we just needed a place to stay after a concert. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to the coliseum so it was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
