This a nice hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The problem was sound proofing. The road noise was quite loud. In addition, one of our neighboring rooms turned on their TV at 5 in the morning and it sounded like it was in our room. Because of the hard surfaces, we couldn’t determine where the sound was coming from. We won’t stay at another TRU hotel again.

While my stay was brief I was thoroughly impressed with everything Tru had to offer. Since I live in Fort Wayne staying here was for convenience because my job is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Now when the winter weather hits and I don't want to chance it on the road I'm looking forward to crashing here.

Close to everything. We stated 3 nights and front staff was amazing. Dezmond was Wonderful. He helped me with my disabled husband. Brought a chair to the room without wheels that made my husband feel safer All good

Walls are very thin. You can hear everyone around you. You can hear every toilet flush. Wasn’t a fan of the salt water pool. Over charge for snacks.
