The smell of the room Bed sheets were stained and dirty I booked a king room , but was gave a queen room

I paid extra for breakfast and they didn't even offer it the AC unit was leaking the couch was stained and filthy and then they asked for a $20 deposit after I already paid online was extremely disappointed

It was dirty, everything smelled, and homeless people hung around outside all night long. I traveled with my kids. Absolutely nasty. Nothing. It was gross.

Not sure where to to start! Upon arrival, I saw homeless people hanging out, drug deals going down, and was approached by a prostitute. I spent the night, but after being harassed by a prostitute, again, this time before 9 am, I asked the clerk for a refund. I was told I could change rooms, but wasn't receiving a refund because I had booked "through a third party" ...
