Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth West by IHG

The hotel is nice but it was missing a shower door so water get out and because of that my daughter slipped and injured her shoulder so pls replace the shower doors curtains don’t cut it

Reserved a room with my card for my son and daughter in law and when they got there they refused to let them check in even though on the reservation I placed their name.

There was no one at the check in desk. We walked the halls and found a housekeeper who searched for someone to check us in. Unacceptable

Conveniently close to highway and to concert location

The fragrances used in the room where very strong and aggravated my migraines.

The breakfast is good. The receptionist on graveyard shift is not nice. She is not approachable.

bed was not made, shower head was holding with a plastic tie wrap, no toilet paper was added, over all not good.

I am annoyed with the service at the front desk; they asked for a deposit and told me it would be returned as soon as I checked out, but that didn't happen. They claim it's due to my bank. We'll see what happens next, but if it doesn't go through, it's basically a way of overcharging.

It was clean and well maintained

The breakfast the last day. They had ants, did not want to change my room at first. They also when towels were requested did not make sure I got them , I had to basically go get them myself

The hotel itself is nice but the front of the hotel faces the back of a very sketchy vape shop

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the large pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hot breakfast each morning was a nice bonus, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.
