Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Worth West l-30 NAS JRB

The location was fantastic so close to shops and eateries, the staff where also so helpful the the guy on the first night was amazing so understanding and helpful I don’t know his name he had a long plat in his hair. The hotel is great has everything you need nice pool the breakfast was ok but not much choice but that suited us. Great parking free WiFi was a bonus would definitely recommend and stay again Choice for breakfast

Distance to Hospital

The only problem I had was getting in the tub otherwise the handicap facilities inside that bathroom was amazing. The seat was comfortable and safe.

Noisy air conditioning . A peculiar smell.

They have the most comfortable beds, softest sheets and great pillows!! Nothing

The bed was comfy There was no shuttle to Fort Worth stockyard as stated, maybe you need to look at what’s written on hotel site

The staff who were there on 9/25/2026 were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was loud. There was a peculiar smell in the room. The location is okay.

Quiet Clean Good breakfast

The air conditioner worked Half the plugs didn't work, the toilet was leaking, and ran all night, the fridge was dirty and leaking and had a gross wet towel in it. And they asked how my stay was, I told them, and they never followed up.

It was clean, very basic, but fine for one night stay I wasn’t thrilled with the breakfast as they were not enough options and no fresh cut fruit.

The bed was very nice. The ac unit under the window was a blessing. And the water pressure was crazy good. The lobby smelled like someone spilled a bottle of pine-sol, which did nothing to hide the stale hot smell of the hallway you go in to get to the elevator. The elevator itself, is basically the tower of terror. It's hot with no air circulation, and when you get to the floor you need to be at, it stops then jerks like it's going to fall right back down. Every time. The carpet in the hallways is frayed and worn. The room was a hot box when we got in and the thermostat on the wall didn't work. Advertised as a hot tub was a dirty jetted tub. The couch had stains and tears.

Superb

The cleanness and the view of the pool. And the location was perfect for where we needed to go. Also appreciated the room service. The TV didn't really work. We wanted to log into YouTube but it never let us in. Called downstairs but wasn't able to put in the password.

Great for what we needed it for. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. The outside door didn’t shut all the way and our bathroom light had a constant strobe effect.

This property is in a serious need of urgent remodeling. The dark grey paint, the complete lack of any artwork, used, scratched, chipped and stained furniture, stained pillows ..everything feels dirty and gross. We cancelled our second night and really could not wait to leave.

Look Safe and with good breakfast There was a bad smell like smoke of some sort while I was walking to my room

Breakfast was fine Very old and run down. The fold out couch was horrible! No extra linens for the couch. Bathroom was yucky.
