Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Worth West I-30 NAS JRB

Our room was huge. The hotel was convenient to the indoor pickleball courts where we played. It is close to the highway but far enough away to have no noise. It is not far from downtown. Breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have given it 4.5 if I could. Slept well on the bed and found our room to meet all of our needs. Really enjoyed the breakfast that Joe prepared. Especially liked his flat eggs with sausage on top. Would definitely stay there again.

I have not stayed in Hotels much since covid so I was expecting more for the amount I was charged. The lack of daily housekeeping is new to me and I do not like it. If I had known it was this way I would have chosen a less costly option. Additionally, the microwave in the room was in such horrible shape it should be discarded. The coffee pot was loaded with crud. The laundry room was not clean and garbage was overflowing the waste containers. Perhaps I was expecting too much for $260 dollars a night. I will say the daily breakfast was perhaps the highlight of my stay.

Joe in the kitchen was wonderful. He was very friendly and cooks great breakfast. We appreciate his skill when we come for visits No working Tv or phone, had to move rooms. Phone in new room still did not work Bathroom with faucet issues Price for facility was not good value

Loved having the fridge and microwave in the room very convenient. The toilet kept running so we had to jiggle the handle 5 minutes after flushing. Also there was a crack in the tile in the shower. For not doing housekeeping on the daily and only by request there needs to be more than 2 wash cloths in the room for a 3 night stay. The breakfast was eh. Good sausage but the eggs were yuck. Definitely a frozen egg warmed up. Only 1 waffle maker so long line for waffles. Was a fridge but nothing in it. Would I stay here again probably yes but would ask for housekeeping every day to get clean washcloths and would bring my own breakfast. It felt safe and was a well lit area.

I’ve stayed here numerous times in last 10 years. Always a great stay. Staff was prompt and courteous at check in and check out and even at midnight when we went for a snack. Breakfast was good also.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and hospitality of the people. Not all the lights worked and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.

This is a great hotel tucked away off the main street. Its a newer hotel and was clean, quiet and I felt relatively safe. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The only really odd thing (which the hotel has no control over) is there are 4 flock cameras on the same block. I noticed this on a walk and made me wonder how safe the area was? It seemed fine and I pretty felt safe, but I've never seen 4 cameras on the same block before.

Check in and check out we're both easy breakfast provided was on time hot and plentiful air-conditioning in the hotel and in the room was extremely pleasant and worked well. Rooms were clean and fresh smelling only thing I would love to add would be more handicap parking near the doors Enough lighting for the parking lot made me feel safe to leave. My vehicle parked overall was a good visit.

It was an absolute amazing stay! The room was very clean, Laura at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I’m definitely booking this hotel for next week.
