Studio 6 Fort Worth, TX - West Medical Center

Absolutely nothing. I I registered Sunday morning, I called to confirm my room. The guy answered woth knowing my name. Then told me that my room with full refrigerator and 3 burner ,microwave, and coffee machine was out? He then told me he only had a room with a leak?And thats what I had to settle for or lose a day. No one came to empty the trash, make a bed or to make a key? I was a hostage and couldn't leave. It had cockroaches, crickets and Tejas bugs in it. Nobody in office and if you call them, there rude.

The front desk person was nice the only thing that was nice about that place 1. It had a real bad roaches problem! They were literally everywhere in the bed, walls, floors bathroom! I went to take a shower (cold one since the hot water don’t work) left my cup on the table came back it was two roaches in my cup! 2. The hot water didn’t work so I can to take a cold shower. 3. The so called blanket was basically a sheet it was literally one pillow that really wasn’t even a pillow fr 4 the room was dirty af 5. The house keeper didn’t even come for the 7 days I was there

Studio 6 had a fire. Lost power. Didn't even check In, went next door. I didn't stay there, was closed due to fire, no electricity, was not informed of situation.

My room was ok the table was broken the microwave was broken but the room was a nice size. I didn’t have a room with a stove the staff are rude who works in the office it was a lot of crackheads in there that was always fighting I called down to the office no one never came to stop it people selling drugs it’s dogs poops on the stairs almost everyday then when the owners came they act like they keep the property clean and they dnt.

Nothing Infested with bed bugs and roaches multiple bed bug bites on back.

The hotel had easy access to the freeway. The staff was helpful and accommodating but the facility was unclean and the rooms/beds reeked of cigarette. People were actually residing at the hotel and some of them were shady and had questionable characters. First night at the hotel around 2am one of the neighbors wanted to physically fight with someone. They quarreled for one hour and I was getting upset and didn't feel safe staying there. Informed the staff and they changed my room to the opposite side of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or anyone as it is an unsafe area. The photos of the hotel is nothing like the reality of staying there.

Great team work

Roach infested. Rooms are now what are being advertised on the website. Needs a new paint job. The hotel isn’t even the same color as the pictures anymore and everything is run down and falling apart. No clean towels nor clean tap water. Very disgusting.

Room was okay looked like blood on the wall by the window only had 1 pillow per bed staff was nice but acted like you were there to steal from them

No stay available. The staff cancelled my reservation, after confirmed check in time was communicated. The reason was unclear. One of many reasons I was given by the staff was regarding the financial balance of the overall reservation. However, there wasn't any communication for a solution. The staff cancelled my reservation which has back-logged the full amount I paid with booking.com, leaving this balance unavailable for refund or use.

The worst hotel I ever seen it smelled like rat poison. I couldn’t breathe and my family couldn’t stay that night there we left. We didn’t stay the night. I do not recommend this place.

Microwave didn't work and no breakfast

No breakfast offered. The room looked clean, smelled clean BUT I HATED sleeping with roaches in my bed!!!!!

The picture posted in the advertisement is false the rooms are filthy the neighbors are loud talking about guns music playing throughout the night it's a horrible place don't make the same mistake. Do not book this place it was like a nightmare. Room was so guilty I think it was deceiving to not call this place Motel 6 they renamed it to Studio 6 the most
