Comfort Suites Lake Worth

Everything was Good. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The whirlpool was relaxing. Nothing everything was good

I was definitely unpleasantly surprised when I arrived and found that my room type had been changed without anyone notifying me. The first staff member i talked to Amanda was helpful and kind but continously cut me off as I was trying to figure out what could be done. The next morning the young woman at the desk was extremely helpful in getting me switched to a room with the kitchen amenities I wanted. If you book any room type with kitchen be aware they might change your room without telling you

The room size Our booked room was only available after a fuss, yet the kitchenette was only equipped with a few plates and 2 glasses. Rest was empty. the gym had no airco nor any interest to fix it, the garbage pilled up in the hallway, the laundry on our floor was not working, the keys needed to be reloaded daily, breakfast was very limited, hotel edged between a busy highway and military airport. The deco was a mix of Halloween and Thanksgiving, again showing a complete lack of care for the clients as did all the rest. Never ever again. A waste of hard earned money. It was dreary, sad and staff did not give a crap

The indoor pool The carpet in our room was torn and frayed.

Amanda and the rest of the staff were all professional and treated us with respect I have nothing bad to say.

Location No smart TV to watch football. Rooms are not what is advertised.

Location was great. Breakfast could be better. Fresher bread, warmer food, more options. Cleanliness was good. It was not handicapped accessible, needed a shower stall instead of tub. Shower stall better for handicapped. The bed was too far from bathroom for a senior person. We could feel the mattress springs. Need new mattresses. The carpet needs to be replaced. Had a big red stain, juice or blood?? Should be clean or replaced. Hotel needed major dusting all over. 3-4 months overdo. Ty

This was my first time in Fort Worth, The hotel i requested was dirty and nasty, i came to comfort they welcomed me got me a room and i had a great cozy place to stay for the weekend. Not to mention the awesome jets that fly over in the morning. Great place and Staff

Rooms ok but hallways were dirty and smelled terrible. Rooms had lots of small problems, cracked floors in bathroom, missing pieces to hand towels. Breakfast was good.

All good, need to get bigger TV lol

Habitaciones limpias buen servicio

Exceptional

Friendly staff and parking lot well lit

At no fault of the hotel, some obnoxious kids were not being regulated by their parents. The front desk was able to move me to a quieter room. Very thankful for the goods night's rest.
