Everything was great and it was very nice.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I came for surprise birthday party. After going to eat came back to get ready for party room key wouldn’t work. I went downstairs and got new keys and still didn’t work. Desk clerk called maintenance and said he was on his way. I waited 20 minutes no maintenance.Went back clerk called again 10 minutes later he comes. He try to use a tool to go under the door to unlock it. After trying for 20 minutes he decides he just put the battery charger on the door and let it charge. But it opened right up.Doing the process I go ask for another room at least we can be bathing while he try get it open. The other room was clean but the bathroom smelled bad had to keep it shut the whole time. Long story short was late to surprise party.

I just don't care much for the format. I stayed here for 5 days. There are no drawers or place to unpack. You have to live out of your suitcase which is a nuisance. The rooms are tight with one desk chair at a tiny desk. This place is designed for a one night stay and you get no price break for the sparceness. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

It was peaceful and comfortable. I had the best nights of sleep I’d had in quite some time. It was mostly clean, but I did have to deduct a point for there being something on the bathroom door.

The hotel is nice and modern and the bedrooms are spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from and the 24hr shop and go store on-site was really convenient.
