Great rooms and great sery

Room was okay. Bathroom floor was sticky. Halls and overall property was dirty and smelly. The floors and walls in the hallways needed a really good cleaning. Elevator was sketchy. Every lounge chair in the pool area was broken and in bad condition, so there is no where to sit by the pool other than on the ground.

It was okay, but the lobby smelled of floral strongly and I wondered what they were covering up. The next morning I found out what: a strong smell of marajuana was in our hallways. The desk clerk didn't inform us about the included breakfast. We came down to check out and saw it. There was toilet paper stuffed in the peephole and it looked unclean in the bathroom with black hair in the shower. Someone missed these things when it was cleaned last. The area had some transients around, but it was easy to find and served our after concert sleep well.

It was okay, we were comfortable enough.

Plugs in room didn't work. The floors seemed like they were gonna fall in. Door frame was crack and door was split as well.

The best thing about this hotel was that it was a convenient location. The hotel is maintained technically but very hard use of every part of the hotel. The halls, 1st and 2nd floors air conditioning did not seem to work, air was hot and stuffy. Our room had a musty humid smell to it. The bed itself was ok, clean and comfortable. Every part of the room, furniture, curtains, bathroom had wear and tear, scratches or stains. Showerhead was corroded, bathtub wouldn't hold water for a bath, drain corrosion too. The elevator was badly maintained, heavily scratched up, slow and dirty, making a lot of noise when doors opening or closing. The pool was ok in general, but had dirt and debris on the bottom. Most of the deck chairs were busted and unable to be sat upon. The breakfast was not very good, eggs are the rubbery insta mix type barely edible. Probably the best of breakfast would be breads, yogurt, or a waffle. The hot food was unappealing. This hotel needs major improvements and renovation to be considered "good" or better. I probably will never stay at this hotel again. It really was only barely "ok", but closer too poor conditions of the hotel.

The staff was rude and not helpful

The hotel stunk. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel my room smelt like cigarette smoke and so did all the hallways. The refrigerator did not work. The breakfast was terrible the second day at 8:45. There was no breakfast. The front desk were very rude. The actual room will clean the bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filthy.

The room was not clean. Two outlets didn't work. One outlet didn't have a plate on it. Wallpaper in the bathroom was coming down. Stains on the walls. Carpet was dirty and was damp. Just not the quality I expected from this hotel chain.

Hotel is 3 star hotel do not expect anything more The property could use lil more effort to maintain things the property has many miles is my best way of saying it.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The property was filthy from the moment you stepped in the front entrance. The carpets were filthy, our room’s carpet was musty and sticky. The elevator floor was filthy. Flimsy breakfast. All of the furniture around the pool was broken. Just an overall unpleasant experience. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel needs a major cleaning. Front entrance dirty and entry mat stained. Elevator was disgusting and extremely dirty. Room smelled musty. Staff was very nice. Would not stay here again

Nope an nope

The lace was very loud and had a terrible smell from the lobby to the room.. I had to spray it fully to get rid of the smell.. the elevator walls and floor was very dirty and smelled of weed and people going up and down the halls.. I will not go back to this place ..

Exceptional

Location. This was my second time in a few weeks staying there. Had to move rooms both times because ac didn’t work right. The second time me and my daughter dealt with the guy working daytime and it wasn’t pleasant.

The facility was clean and welcoming.
