Great place to stay,,clean,,no extras and you will have to pay for parking

This was a super nice place to stay but had a few issues only had one working elevator and the toilet wasn’t working but the staff was super helpful.

I stayed here due to the fact it was rated a 4 star hotel. I strongly disagree with that rating . Only one elevator worked, toilet had trouble flushing , air conditioning units need to be updated . when we came back that night there was loud music and what seemed to be a party going on down the hall. Had to pay a parking fee. I will say the bed was comfortable, but not enough to ever make me choose to stay at this hotel again.

Everything was clean. The front desk associate was very sweet. Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable and only 1 working elevator but other than that the stay was good

Staff is amazing, lobby is beautiful, but halls and rooms are a bit outdated. Smell of old carpet is a bit overpowering

Manager checked me in quick and offered great perks! Was only a 1-night stay but room was clean! Only mini complaint was the shower could have been cleaner but other than that nice room and my area was quiet, despite it been almost booked full!

Very clean and quiet and comfy beds. Slept like a baby and very nice check in staff!

Room was musty and damp. Bathroom was very worn and not well cleaned. Outlets did not work.

King suite couch had questionable stains that made it uncomfortable to want to sit on. The pool was murky and the pool area in general seems like it is last on the renovation list. The staff were very friendly.

There wasn’t hand soap in the room. Bath towels had stain on it. Bed was comfy. Decently cleaned. Breakfast staff was super nice and friendly.

Had to flush toilet more than once to get results-all lights would not turn on

I like the Doubletree and was not expecting the living room room suite which was nice but I like the set up we had last week better on 3rd floor. It seemed cleaner
