The staff as in the people who own it are very rude. Now the cleaning staff the Mexican ladies are very sweet and generous No customer service the staff complain about everything makes you're stay very unpleasant

Nothing really, room stunk and roaches were horrible. Stood at the desk for a hour until the attendant showed up and it looked like he was asleep in his car Nothing

Dangerous location. Room was run down.

The staff gave me a key when I locked myself out of my room. Great privacy. The soda machine stole a dollar from me.

where they tell you it mandatory we’re gonna do room service everyday even if you tired don’t want room service they say if you dont get room service you can go to another hotel

It was quite around the motel. The bath tub wasn't very clean.

The vent in the bathroom was super Loud I didn’t even bother to use it

Told them about dogs and they claimed we didn’t tell them. Checking to make sure we were not charged since I have no dogs

There was roaches, the sheets were stained with only God knows what and the door didn’t even lock. I checked out at 1:30am

Clean rooms and the staff the ones that i had the pleasure of meeting, are the most down to earth people u will ever talk too.

In the middle of night I was getting bit by something in bed. I was alone, and took a video as well as pics and caught a couple of bed bugs from mattress to take to front office. After I stood at window for 15 minutes ringing bell a rude man came out took my sample and told me that I could move to a different room. I declined, because I didn't want to take a chance on getting bit again at Red roof inn. I asked if a partial refund could be returned and was told no. I should get a full refund but I was trying to not cause drama cuz the office person seemed grumpy to begin with. I stood outside in the middle of the night during a winter blast in Texas waiting on an Uber and was unable to get one. I was told I could not be standing there so I took a ride from a stranger and luckily I made it somewhere safe. I would like a full refund. I contacted bbb and police report and office refuses any wrong doing Bed bugs and it was filthy n office acted as if I did wrong

Everything worked t v, heater, showers It was extremely noisy, parking was terrible. The mattresses and sheets was extremely dirty and had stains
