It was roaches infested, there was mold in the shower, mold and stains on the sheets, and the ac didn’t work.

Nothing. I have bed bug bites on my leg. The first room they gave us had dog hair all over the bed and sheets… told management, also heard they tried to give this room to another customer before us who had checked in around 3 pm. We arrived at 9 pm. Upon getting a different room, we walked in and the sheets were yellow there was a spoon and crumbs all over the floor. Hair in the bathtub area on the floor. I even found a finger nail clipping in the bathroom as well. When we went to front desk to check out a whole day earlier, I told them that they knew about the dog hair room and did nothing about it but tried to give us that same room. Front desk took no responsibility as far as the dog hair. And now I have to deal with bed bug bites all because our ac is out at our house…..

Pet friendly until your dog breaks out bc of their property not being up to standards and your dog gets hit by a car. I booked through this site and didnt say add a pet so I didnt. I left for nursing school on 9/12 at 6:55 am and my dog got out 15 mins after I left and got hit by a car. Called corporate and they said bc I didnt register my dog they didnt care. Not im sorry here's a Starbucks card etc. If you have pets I advise you NOT to stay here if you want them alive when you leave thank you! BTW I have reported this on every site including the BBB justice for Vida!

I like the upgrade that they had done to the rooms but the location is what throws it off. Im glad they are keeping the unwanted ppl away... I would come back..

Now this was the best Red Roof Inn ive ever been to. I wasnt bothered at all during my stay they clerks were very helpful and the parking lots were not filled with trash or people who didnt belong. Great Job you guys
