Ravi has a bothered and disinterested attitude. He put us in a room with a broken ac unit and television. The hotel has an insect infestation the pool appears to be permanently shut down even though there are still pictures of it in the ad.

I have dealt with 3 different males since I have been at Motel 6. There is a tall one who s nice and polite, and the one who wore a orange shirt he was nice and polite as well but the short one is not nice or polite. The housekeepers are nice and always smiling.

It smelled like cigarettes l, roaches, and little fridge was leaking water I had to ask for extra towels due to the wet floor.

Es mejor pagar un poco mas pero la tranquilidad y la paz mental es mejor, este motel no lo recomiendo solo con pasar la primera puerta principal te golpea el olor horrible y la suciedad es espantosa,la atención en la recepcion es lo mas mediocre,para ser un motel las noches son carisima.yo te recomiendo que si estas buscando por favor evita este lugar.tomate tu tiempo y elige algo mejor.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. Based off the photos i assumed it would be decent considering the price. Nope wrong, got to check in immediately noticed the stained carpet in the empty lobby, no seating no nothing but a tv hanging. The gentleman named Ravi check me in fairly quick. Got to the elevator and was regretting every step the floors are stained black and there’s splashes of stuff on the walls and completely disgusting. the elevator smelt like sour vomit. sticky floors walls of elevator all kinds of dirty and have graffiti… go into the room instant smell of mildew, floors not been moped in weeks or months my shoes were sticking and the lights did not work, bed sheets full of cigarette burn holes and yellow stains on the sheets, i went down to request a new room..was given without questions and the new room was worse as far as dirty. there was false eyelashes on the floor and hairs on the bed, floor again sticky my shoes were just making noises from so much mess on the sticky floors, opened the window curtain and there was so much stains and hand prints everywhere in that room. Super disgusting! went down to request a refund was told i was being suspicious so he went to check if my partner had “broke” anything and returned refunded me allegedly but since i booked through here it was not done until i called and the customer service confirmed. Save your money and do not stay here especially if you have children!

No, everything was good

Upon checking in was smooth when I got to my room it had a smell I can’t describe and I went to check the room like I do at all hotels I found roaches and random bugs around the room, there was also pee in the toilet and the room wasn’t clean at all, and the bed had spider webs under it. I did report it to the front desk and they issued a refund.

The stains in the carpet and they should have there ice machines cleaned

roaches were found upon entering room. We booked online and the reservation was never found. Very disappointed. We had to pay twice for a gross room.

No laundry facility and no pool

Pretty much keep to themselves however it says there's laundry room and there's not laundry facility or a swimming pool

Front desk staff was not friendly, he didn't greet me, seemed annoyed by me asking which way my room was, at checkout he didn't say one word. I will NOT be back.

just a really dirty place, may have once been nice! we slept fine

We were in town for a conference and the hotel was horrendous! The carpet was literally wrinkled, waiting for someone to trip...not to mention several large dark stains. The guest counter was encased in bullet proof glass. The elevators smelled fowl and looked like it missed several inspections. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and shelves were uneven. The bath tub had a roach on it, not to mention black mold in the corners of the shower wall. Speaking of bathroom...the faucet on the sink literally lifted up from the counter. The bottom of the tub was so filthy as if it needed replacement from all the grime and soap scum, we had to literally wear our crocs in the shower. Pitiful! The bed sheets had pink stains on one of the beds, that resembled hot pink fingernail polish. Overall, this was just a hot nasty, atrocious mess! Lesson learned. Upset we wasted our money. Next time we will pay for a stay at the Double Tree nearby.
