Very clean and comfortable! Loved the breakfast!

I received a message stating I had a reservation made through an app. I called the app to say I hadn't made that reservation, and we also called the hotel, but they refused to cancel it. They charged my card for two nights I never stayed there. I called customer service, but they didn't help; the customer service was poor. I do not recommend this hotel. I asked who had checked in, and no one had—they simply stole my money.

Front desk staff was amazing

Location Arrived & a/c did not work in room; TV did not work for entire stay and the fire alarm went off the first night - false alarm due to previous maintenance on system

There is no coffee in the room.

Don’t expect to watch TV. We could not figure out how to get it to play anything. I think they have internet problems. But, I wouldn’t know since I could not get it to log in by any method. I’m not planning to visit Ft worth for a while so it doesn’t really matter.

Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk checked us in with a smile. Made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great! A/C kept us cool. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and was understanding in making sure that my pets weren’t bothered and was helpful in making sure that we were comfortable

The staff is always friendly and helpful and will help you out if you need anything. The room was nice and clean and the staff was so kind in letting you have a pet

Very clean. Conveniently located. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels. Highly recommend. Oh and a good breakfast also!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate the great hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
