Staff was great, our room was a good size, and the hotel smelled clean. The location wasn't fantastic, but i could have looked into that before booking, so I don't blame them for that. The hotel smelled clean, but we found a Virginia slim in our couch, other miscellaneous trash under said couch, there was a previous water leak above the bed and the ceiling hadn't been fixed, and the water pressure wasn't great. The rooms didn't smell bad, but for $170 a might i assumed it would have been a little bit nicer. Also, we received a text after checking in asking how our room was and got no response after I made the hotel aware of these issues.

I received a message stating I had a reservation made through an app. I called the app to say I hadn't made that reservation, and we also called the hotel, but they refused to cancel it. They charged my card for two nights I never stayed there. I called customer service, but they didn't help; the customer service was poor. I do not recommend this hotel. I asked who had checked in, and no one had—they simply stole my money.
