The room was huge and very clean! We will absolutely stay here again when we are in the area. The breakfast was a struggle with staff to keep up and it was left empty after - while…but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again!

It was close to the venue we were going to. They charge for parking, they charge for a bottle of water in your room. The shower water pressure was not much more than a trickle

This is super close to Dickies area. And convenient

3 out of 4 of my towels had stains all over them and the bathroom was out of conditioner, body wash, and hand soap

I like the idea of breakfast sandwiches The location is good There are plenty of tables Extend hours to 10:00am. Improve sandwich toppings. Provide more fresh fruits. Put already warm foods in serving oven. Breads are sometimes frozen in middle. All toppings should be sized to go on sandwiches.

Breakfast was ok other than that great hotel.

I tried to check in online to get a digital key to our room, but it wouldn’t let me do it, so I called customer service. They didn’t help AT ALL! They put me on hold and called the hotel and said no one answered. Yes, that’s because it was only one person and she was extremely busy. I ended up on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and finally just hung up. Zero resolution nor did they seem apologetic about the situation.

Convenient to dickies arena I didn’t realize housekeeping would not come every day for new towels etc. it was written small on the mirror. My companion saw this. I didn’t. I didn’t want to go to get towels at the front desk.

Very average facility. After booking with Expedia was shocked by the amount of add-on for 1 night of parking. It negates the value Expedia quotes. Full disclosure would be more helpful in comparing rates. It was clear that Hilton offset Expedias discounts by gouging on parking. I will exercise more discretion in future bookings.
