The location and hotel is was good. Clean and no noises at night. We got there some minutes before 3:00 and a very rude staff member told us to go wait somewhere else until 3:00. When we came back for the check in, around 3:10 we had to wait over 40 minutes because the line was too long and the staff was slow. They forgot to offer us a cookie, even though they had a full basket. When I went back to get ours, they said they run out of cookies. During the night I realized the pillows were filled with feathers and they set up my allergy. When I called the front desk, the staff member on site, a man, told me he had to go fetch some and it would take a long time. He said he would call me cause they couldn’t take them to my room. They never called, and I had to sleep without pillows. I have never encountered such rude and idiotic staff.

Check-in process was very slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes to get room keys

The room was clean and the pool was perfect for kids. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and had great info for getting around the area. She was able to warn us about the construction near Cooks and the best way to get there. The parking does cost $15 per day but the parking garage is well lit and has security.
