Extended Stay America Suites Fort Worth Medical Center

The location was the only thing that place had going for it. Edit to say: the hotel manager was very understanding and is quickly processing our refund. They are under new management and are working on a remodel so hopefully we were just unlucky enough to get one of the untouched rooms. The hotel was overbooked and we almost didn't get a room at all even though we booked it months ago. The room they found for us smelled like cigarettes, the floor around the toilet was warped and loose, and half the electrical outlets didn't work. The last straw was the toilet that overflowed twice at 7:30 am, with nasty water all under the loose floorboards. We Left after just one night because we couldn't possibly stay there another night. We are working on getting a refund and expect at least half of our money back.

It was a great place, only problem was I didn’t stay longer. Hehe

It's in a good location close to dickies arena and and the zoo. The hotel itself was in a nice area but the hotel itself needs to be modernized

Said was smoke free room, reeked of old cigarette smell. Went to store to get air fresheners. The man at front desk wasn’t very nice, seemed irritated at me because I am hearing impaired and kept asking him to repeat himself. And when he gave me the key to room, he just handed it to me. I had to ask where it was located. Would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel not realizing it was the same hotel I stayed at 2 years ago. At that time, this hotel was filthy, overflowing trash, sketchy parking lot, no breakfast, worn out room in need of repair/refresh. Well, things have improved! The hotel has been refreshed, grounds & parking lot were cleared. Front desk and staff pleasant & helpful. Additional, this is adjacent to a complex with nice restaurants & retail. A safe walkable area. There was a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel which was unfortunate but our overnight stay was …good. And, if you are looking for an overnight or 1-2 night stay..would recommend.

Checked in late around 12midningr. The manager said they already removed the reservation and was charged and he couldn’t do anything for me to checked back in. So early morning I was struggling with my luggage to find a new hotel Also the office is sooo small and very old

When I went inside to check in I wasn’t acknowledged. I stood there in silence, there was no hi how are you or I’ll be right with you. When I was handed the card they didn’t even tell me where I was going I had to ask where I could find the room. Once I got into the room the lock kept getting stuck and I couldn’t get out at one point. As I’m getting settled I realize there’s literally trash on the floor from the previous people. I thought it was dog poop at first but realized it may be a wad of dip I’m not sure.

Easy and close to TCU. Not for high maintenance clientele but did the job was clean and friendly staff!

Do NOT stay there. Horrible service. Booked a few nights for some employees which was 2 rooms in one booking and for some reason they gave them one room but put them as a no show on the other room. They still charged me for it even though they were never given the key. Expedia contacted them and they refused to give me a refund. Never again

Lamp bulb burned out - remote control for tv did not wor and shower head leaked if u ran a bath. The positives was the room was clean and ac worked well

There is currently only one way in and out because of near by construction and even though they are on the river walking trail you cant easily get to the trails unfortunately.

Property is under new management and being updated. The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. You do have to ask for kitchen utensils if needed due to short supply until they get everything updated. Great location for hospital, zoo, college and stockyards. We stayed 5 nights.
