I've stayed here twice. Both times, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. In fact, this is one of the more quiet Springhill suites I've stayed at. I never heard slamming doors, noise in the hallways, or from the elevators. It is close to TCU, has easy access to the freeway, and plenty of parking in the parking garage. There is a parking fee of about $16, which is not unusual for this area. The breakfast and coffee bar are pretty basic, but I didn't stay here for the breakfast, so that was not an issue. If you take your coffee black and don't expect a huge breakfast buffet, you will enjoy your stay. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet room and quiet A/C. Excellent room layout, good wifi, helpful staff. Only a few minutes to TCU. Parking garage with plenty of spaces.

Room was clean & well-designed. Stand-up shower in bathroom was appreciated. Temp in room was easy to adjust & maintain on a very hot Texas visit.

Clean, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast options for free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was lots of wind causing the pool to be dirty but not the fault of the hotel.

I found the room to be as advertised. The staff were all very pleasant and quick to respond. Overall it was a nice experience.

I’m very particular about cleanliness and this was probably the best I have seen in hotels. Everything was spotless.
