I liked the service. The parking was kind of scary at night for a woman alone

The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The family suite provided the room needed for our group. The location is awesome. The mattress sunk in too much. Seemed like it needed to be replaced. There was a $15 per day parking fee. When I am paying almost $500 a night for a family suite I don’t expect to be nicked and dined with parking.

Room was clean & well-designed. Stand-up shower in bathroom was appreciated. Temp in room was easy to adjust & maintain on a very hot Texas visit.

Nice hotel and staff, great location

Clean, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast options for free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was lots of wind causing the pool to be dirty but not the fault of the hotel.

I found the room to be as advertised. The staff were all very pleasant and quick to respond. Overall it was a nice experience.

I’m very particular about cleanliness and this was probably the best I have seen in hotels. Everything was spotless.

The location Not about the property more like the staff. The guy at the desk was really really rude to us, charged us twice for the reservation and acted really pissed all the time. I think he must be racist or something because he would treat other guests so good but us not because he saw our last name and heard our accents and us speaking in Spanish

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Close to destination We we're placed in a handicap room which was at the very end of the hall on the top floor. My wife had just had surgery, and those obstacles made it that much more painful to get to our room. Since it was a handicap room, the bed was super low which made it even more difficult for my wife to get in and out of bed.

Breakfast was wonderful- the staff were very helpful.

El Hotel súper limpio, la habitación muy linda para 5 huéspedes con dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama. Tiene frigobar y horno de microondas, un escritorio muy bonito por si vas de trabajo, el desayuno muy rico y con variedad. El staff fue súper amable en todo momento y la ubicación está genial porque está a 8 minutos del Water Garden en el Downtowm, 100% recomendable este hotel!
