Room was clean and front desk staff was polite and helpful.

I have stayed at other hotels and Never encountered this kind of politeness! I will be choosing this location in the next few months again! From beginning to end the utmost respect and best atmosphere.

tried to contact them regarding our stay and they wouldn’t refund our room and cancelled our booking when we had a death in the family.

I stayed for 3 nights. It was a great experience. Very comfortable.

Checking in was great and the lobby was gorgeous, but the 4th floor was something else. First the moment you step out of the elevator, or out of your room in the morning, you are hit with the strongest smell of weed. All up and down the hallway. Then I guess I hit the loser jackpot because there’s a bar/restaurant right beside the hotel. Boasts the largest TV in a restaurant in North Texas. It shines both Tv and the huge neon sign for its place right into my room. Which shouldn’t be a problem except the only drapes that were there were the sheer ones. The blackout drapes were what I call fake. The curtain rod ends about 3in after it starts so you can close them. Attaching a picture showing the drapes and then another picture from the middle of the night. So no, especially with a special needs child I wouldn’t go there again. Not without changes

We asked to be moved and the front desk clerk moved us to another room. The room was a little better. Our room was only cleaned once during our four night stay. The amenities did not include lotion. Our granddaughter discovered a dead cockroach by the air conditioner unit. As for the breakfast, we learned that the waffle maker was broken. I would like to say the the front desk staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. This is definitely not a property that I would have affiliated with Marriott!

Attended concert at Dickie’s Arena, which is so close you can walk. Our room was exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Ft Worth. Definitely will use again for our next trip to FW.

Property is on the older side. My room had an issue with the smoke detector and the floor seemed to be not level.

Cons: The elevator is older and is slow. The pool was over chlorinated in my opinion.

Her outstanding customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was warm, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Clean, nice room, the staff was great, gave us overheated concert goers free water. Knew my name and said hi every time I left, safe for singles.

The help of the management and the establishment is kept so clean.
