There were no hand towels. At all. There were some THC gummies hidden in the hair dryer bag. We asked for extra towels because there were only 2 and my husband and I were staying several days. 6 hours later, we finally got them. There were only 3 pillows and my husband had just had surgery and was required to sleep in a reclined position, so he needed them all. I didn't get to sleep with a pillow. There are no staff on the premises overnight as far as I could tell. Extended our stay by a day because my husband wasn't ready to travel yet. Had to pay WAY more for that last day booking directly through the hotel than I did for the other days through Expedia. I asked if I could keep the room we were in if I just booked again through Expedia and was told there was no guarantee. Overall, really not impressed.

Comfortable Bed Nice room with a view Clean and fresh

Unstaffed hotel. I was not prepared for that since it’s not in the description.

Clean rooms, free parking, nice patios, walking distance to restaurants

Parking was confusing. We paid using the QR code in the parking lot, only to be told later by the only employee we saw during our two-day stay that we should have used a different QR code inside the building, costing us an unnecessary $25. The room itself was enormous with extra-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, suggesting it was once an impressive office building. Unfortunately, it wasn't very comfortable as a hotel room. The shades had to stay closed because of the heat but didn't block outside light well, making it difficult to sleep. An illuminated exit sign inside our room added even more light. The TV was hung on the same wall as the head of the bed. The metal-framed "art" above the bed made sitting up difficult. And because there was just one chair (and our request for a second was denied) watching TV was impossible. The shared "kitchen" on the fourth floor had a microwave and fridge. There was only decaf coffee available. We did enjoy the outdoor deck in the evening, but it was too hot to use during the day. This modern, minimalist concept simply wasn't a good fit for us, and we would not stay here again.

No ice machines. Our TV didn't work, so they changed our room. The new room, didn't have pillow cases or top sheet, we requested some, and the worker couldn't find any. Will not stay again

The person checking in when we arrived was very nice. I asked for handtowels and washcloths (because there were none in the room) and got one of each (there were 2 of us). Not enough toilet paper for 2 night stay (I brought a roll from home because I read some reviews). AC worked well. Somewhat quiet except some loud motorcycle on street. Coffee in the morning was nice. Bed was comfortable. I just can't get over, though, the amount of hair I had to clean out of the shower drain. Seems like that should be something that would've been cleaned by maid service. Makes me wonder how clean everything else was after that. Oh, and the hand held shower head would not hold in place on the bar, so had to wash hair and body with one hand. For what we paid, would not stay here again.

Save yourself some trouble and stay elsewhere. They booked and accepted payment for a room with 2 queen beds. Then proceeded to remove all 2nd beds from the rooms. No notification to existing reservations. When asked about refunding the difference in price we were told leave and they would refund. Our room never got cooler than 78°f. Door handle to the bathroom was broken. Room came with one wash cloth. Requested more but they never came. Its a very strange place. Buyer beware.

Okay, comfortable bed. Not.mamy amenities

I asked for 2 beds, got one. Our room was hot and uncomfortable. We had a leak from the light fixture as soon as we walked in to the room. Had half a roll of toilet paper, had to ask for more.

Loved the modern feel! Very unique!

I hated this hotel, if you want to call it that. There’s not a single human being in sight. There’s a community kitchen with a Keurig, but the pods are not stocked.— only decaf left. Not enough in the room, no tissue, no clock. The parking is confusing. It’s bare bones to the utmost degree. The room looks cool, but that’s about it. I’m glad I didn’t have to stay here for more than one night.

Early information said to download the app to check in and await instructions but i never received any info. I called the hotel number at check in time and they advised someone was actually on site to help. That definitely helped making check in a breeze. The app was easy to use to unlock doors, room was great -clean and as advertised. Great place over all, we would come back.

The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. She did not offer to replace it. I had to go to CVS next door to the hotel and purchase regular coffee pods and creamer.

cool industrial chic architecture, but no sound insulation. can hear every toilet flush and people coughing 2 rooms over, as well as various unidentified sounds of building creak and groan as temperatures changed. but biggest complaint was that the cool looking 4th floor coffee and break room that was advertised with free coffee did not have coffee- was told they will get it in a few days with next delivery. did find a cool coffee shop in walking distance

Only downside was not being able to get the TV to work. Not a big deal, just used mobile to watch some YouTube while we had some down time.

I really love this hotel so far I stayed this hotel 3 times , I will come back again for another trip

The staff and room were fine. I just definitely didn't feel safe sleeping there. There were so many noises, and people slamming doors. I left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep properly. And the AC barely worked and it was so hot
-
Rooms were clean and comfy. Could use a coffee pot. Lol. Hall way and lobby was under construction. No biggie. Parking in air garage was a hassle. Would stay again tho.
-
Rooms was very clean. And the parking was not bad. Construction made it hard to get around
