The Hotel was ok, but it's all about the Staff. Staff needs a lot of work. Front desk lady acted like I was an inconvenience to her at check in. Housekeeping lady mopping the area by the garage entrance told us to go around to the front when we had our luggage in hand. She was very rude about it. I will never stay at this place again just because of how me and my 8 yr old daughter were treated. Terrible customer service.

The staff was cheerful, professional and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and cinnamon rolls to die for! Room was very clean and AC in great condition since heat wave and humidity were pretty bad. Location was good, not great, re accessing various local attractions. But, Uber fares were reasonable to get to our destinations. This property is a hidden gem in Fort Worth!

Lovely decorated room with very clean and light feel. The staff was great in providing assistance when asked and attentive. Very professional and uplifting and spirited demeanors. I think the breakfast was outstanding maybe the best the I experienced in traveling.mmThere was a variety of items to select. And the foid was fresh. I like the coffee beans that were grounded fresh in coffee machine ad brewed fresh for nice medium cups. Nothing was missing. There seem to be fair amount of parking space and a ramp was accessible next to breeze thru driveway. I would definitely recommend place. The building interior was spacious with nice interiors, dining room, and plenty of comfortable seating. One small setback was the non operating jacuzzi next to pool.

The pool didn't look clean, and the carpets were filthy in my room. The bathroom was also tiny. I was not impressed!
