Extremely helpful especially the valet team both day & night. When we ask for our vehicle it was waiting for us within 10 min. or less. They were all right there to help us load and unload our luggage

Beautiful Hotel great bed. The location is awesome there is a ton of restaraunts and shopping on walming distance.

We spend a family staycation time for 4th of July and it was really fun to watch the fireworks and then avoid all the chaos of traffic. The only bad thing is that the hotel doesn’t have pool

Nice, modern hotel with a gym. Be advised that parking can be pricey. No pool & pricey breakfast buffet! Free Starbucks coffee was a perk!

Valet was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was very clean and everything worked. Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly. The only downside, was the obnoxious echoing inside the shower with the door closed. Overall great experience, will stay again!

the location of the hotel, the room and wifi connection Disappointing post-stay experience. I was billed twice for breakfast during my stay at AC Hotel Fort Worth and have been trying to obtain a clear explanation and supporting receipts from the hotel for 20 days. Unfortunately, I have still not received any proper clarification. This has made an otherwise acceptable stay very frustrating.
