Room need to be more clea

Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. The WiFi didn’t work and the staff did little to help address it, the AC was pushing out heat and then we realized that when you turn the setting to “heat” the air got colder, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the TV was not only antiquated, but it was also glitchy and had no signal- it was completely useless unless you need an extra nightlight... Also, beware of the parking- it’s $62/night for valet and no self-parking option at the hotel. You can find street parking or other cheaper garages and then walk over, but not ideal. Never staying here again.

The biggest disappointment was the room. It was extremely dark, with only one window looking into an internal light well, so there was virtually no natural light at any time of day. The room also felt very dated. The lounge was old and worn, the carpet felt grubby underfoot, and the overall atmosphere was gloomy and tired. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, although the interactions sometimes felt a little scripted rather than genuinely personal. That said, they were professional and I had no issues with the service itself. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around Fort Worth. Overall, while the breakfast, location and service were good, I wouldn't stay here again at this price point. The condition and atmosphere of the room simply didn't justify the cost.

The TV stations did not work either night

Staff was friendly and hospitable. Reception was hearty. Great amenities. Towels and sheets could have smelled better and/or been cleaner. Valet parking should have more than one attendant.

Staff was kind and helpful.

Location Was made promises by front staff upon check in 6/28 they gave me a key until we checked out of 2nd stay until 6/21. Key didn’t work, had to leave our luggage & room wasn’t ready until later afternoon. Room 412 needs to be updated - hot, noisy, smelled bad
-
Convenient to Sundance square The staff upon checking always seemed confused. Checked in 6/18 & was told I could keep the card and not go by desk back into same room 6/20 - not true - next room was old, smelled bad, hot and wasn’t ready until late afternoon

The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice

This hotel is showing its age and needs some tlc. The pool not being available was a shock because what hotel doesn’t have a working pool?! In summer?! Breakfast area needs some updating because it’s the same as it was 15 years ago. Water feature just chilling with no water. Location is great for restaurants and the train station. Staff was helpful and friendly at every encounter. Maybe invest in the property and we will come back. For now our next trip will be to another hotel with a working pool.

Front desk personnel was awesome. We got there early and Joel the guy up front got us checked in right away, he even gave us choices

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we pulled up to the our departure. Located in a great spot in Downtown Fort Worth. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the drive to the Stockyards wasn't long at all.

The location was great walking distance from Sundance square but it really needs upgrading! We stayed on the 6th floor and as soon as you get off the elevator you felt claustrophobic with the narrow hallways and no windows what so ever. As we entered out room we felt like entering a dungeon! We thought there were no windows until we found a small window in the bedroom of the suite that had a view of an alley. The room was so small that if you turned a certain way the ac vent would hit you in the face which you couldn’t even breathe. The restroom had almost no counter space and no vent. USB connections did not work, flickering lights or not working at all and the furniture so old! Oh and the pillows tweet horrible! They tried to fluff them up by bunching them together and as soon as your head hit the pillow they deflated giving no support! Definitely not worth the money paid!
