Great spot to stay downtown. Great access for walking downtown. Room was pictured to be bigger than it actually was. If you have anxiety of small spaces recommend to call and check what room you will get

Status of this particular hotel you must let them know if you want to stay in a room where there is physical challenges if not, they’re going to put you in a corner room for people who have physical challenges that was not me so I wasn’t happy about that second when I checked out there was no follow up with regards to my stay questions and they put a charge on my account that I did not authorize for parking as I parked on the street

Highly Recommend that bottled water is in the room also that the snack area is filled with fresh snacks instead of old and melted snacks also the snacks at Happy Hour were not that great.
-
The room was so horrible that we decided to cancel our stay once we got in it!

The website said there was a pool. When we arrived we were told there was no pool and that location did not / had not ever had a pool. Which is false since there was black tape over the “pool / whirlpool” in the elevator. Had we know there was no pool we would not have stayed at this location. False advertising.

Great location, easy to get in and out of. The staff was wonderful and the made to order omelets for breakfast were a hit.

Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. The WiFi didn’t work and the staff did little to help address it, the AC was pushing out heat and then we realized that when you turn the setting to “heat” the air got colder, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the TV was not only antiquated, but it was also glitchy and had no signal- it was completely useless unless you need an extra nightlight... Also, beware of the parking- it’s $62/night for valet and no self-parking option at the hotel. You can find street parking or other cheaper garages and then walk over, but not ideal. Never staying here again.

The biggest disappointment was the room. It was extremely dark, with only one window looking into an internal light well, so there was virtually no natural light at any time of day. The room also felt very dated. The lounge was old and worn, the carpet felt grubby underfoot, and the overall atmosphere was gloomy and tired. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, although the interactions sometimes felt a little scripted rather than genuinely personal. That said, they were professional and I had no issues with the service itself. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around Fort Worth. Overall, while the breakfast, location and service were good, I wouldn't stay here again at this price point. The condition and atmosphere of the room simply didn't justify the cost.

This hotel is showing its age and needs some tlc. The pool not being available was a shock because what hotel doesn’t have a working pool?! In summer?! Breakfast area needs some updating because it’s the same as it was 15 years ago. Water feature just chilling with no water. Location is great for restaurants and the train station. Staff was helpful and friendly at every encounter. Maybe invest in the property and we will come back. For now our next trip will be to another hotel with a working pool.

Front desk personnel was awesome. We got there early and Joel the guy up front got us checked in right away, he even gave us choices

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we pulled up to the our departure. Located in a great spot in Downtown Fort Worth. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the drive to the Stockyards wasn't long at all.
