Elevators need help!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the social hour with complimentary drinks between 5-6pm. Registration on the 24th floor was a strange arrangement but the nice view at the top made up for whatever inconvenience.

I travel a lot, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in a while. Highly recommend.

The facility as most welcoming to my little yorkie

In/out valet was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on first floor was great for our included breakfast. Bar and lounging area on top floor were really nice too. Location can’t be beaten with top tier restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Will stay again

Great location!

Only one night but as previous stays all went well. Staff is attentive and nice. Rooms in good shape. Conveniant to the areas near by we wanted to visit and hangout at.
-
Check-in was way too casual. Not very helpful. Also gave us an idea for dinner but a terrible restaurant. Only redeeming qualities is location and rooms. Everything else was just hoe hum

This is not a complaint. It’s just a lifestyle choice. I don’t think I would have booked here if I had known you have to take a 1920s elevator to get to the 24th floor to check in. The elevator has a weight limit of six people max iand in some instances, it appeared that only one elevator was working at a time. Long waits for the elevator! I do love and appreciate vintage art deco buildings, but not when my schedule doesn’t give me the freedom to wait…..We were there on a busy weekend and they gave away my room because they needed it and it had two queen beds and they “upgraded me “to a corner suite room. I didn’t mind because lots of families were there for FIFA. However, this room was next to the elevators which sounds like a train is moving at all times and the elevators make a high-pitched sound that is annoying at night before you go to bed. I had to put on my headphones to drown out the noise so I could fall asleep! Everyone checking out at the same time made it a crazy experience getting an elevator and I didn’t have time to share my thoughts to the desk about my experience because we had reservations for brunch and couldn’t take the risk of the elevator taking A LONG Time!

It perfectly blends historic charm with modern luxury. We especially enjoy its downtown Fort Worth location, which makes it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, helping make every stay feel special.

The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
-
Very convenient location. Enjoyed watching the Spurs game in the accommodating bar, even though they lost the NBA playoffs. Complimentary coffee in the morning, too
-
The hotel room had an amazing view, but the elevators were very slow and loud like it would break any moment. The stay was very comfortable.

Che and Debbie were amazing at check in. They ensured we knew about all of the amenities. Che provided me with an umbrella for the rain. Nicholas was very accommodating with our bags. The valet was efficient and knowledgeable about the surroundings. The location was perfection with endless dining & entertainment options within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel parking was not so much fun. Ended up having to valet park.
