Great place to stay
-
What a wonderful place to stay. The staff goes out of their way to help with anything you need. The room was big, clean, quiet and wonderful. Recommended ! The lobby was so great to relax in. The breakfast dining room was very clean and the food was excellent.

This historical hotel is well located in front of the Fort Worth Convention Center. Unfortunately Hilton has not invested in upgrading the facilities in years, There are better and newer options in the area to consider.
-
One or more of the elevators were down causing 30 minute waits at times. Escalator going to the second floor was broken so if you cant take stairs you had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator
-
Do not pay for valet on the weekends. It’s $70 per night, while all meter parking around the hotel is free.

Good location to the train & bus stations & downtown. Nice room & bathroom. Only issue I had was the toilet kept running but when I told the staff they got right on it.
-
Only issue was connecting to wifi

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff were nice. AC did not work in my room. Dirty water soaked the rug around it. 2 nice people came to fix but room never got cool. Some air was coming out but could not cool the room. Hallway was much, much cooler. They gave me a fan. Toilet ran.

Nice place to stay for a conference at convention center. Went with the hypoallergenic room which had a funny smell at first, but went away after I turned off the machine. It was clean and quiet with a sitting area that made the stay nicer.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Smelled like mildew throughout the hotel. The room would not cool down but the AC was working. Very damp and uncomfortable.

The staff at check-in was great! The room I had with the King-size bed was great!!! I didn't know they had a refrigerator was an absolute plus!! I only wished the hotel restaurant was Vegan friendly as it would've been a totally fabulous stay! However, I was disturbed twice by housekeeping as she ignored the privacy sign on my door who came in the first time when I wasn't there and made up my bed and left realizing her error and the second time when I was in my room at 11:19am (my last day) knocking on my door with the privacy sign still on the outside door (check out at 12pm) which was quite irritating and wondered if she can READ!! Nevertheless, I let the front desk know my displeasure and they were quite nice about it.

We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy

For the price I paid, $127 a night, I was thoroughly impressed at all the Hilton had to offer. The bar and gym were very nice, not to meantion the location combined with the building's architecture it is memorable.
