Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean, except for baseboard leading to the bathroom, and the shower was large with good water pressure. Air conditioning was a little slow to start but ultimately cooled fine and maintained temperature. Mini fridge barely kept drinks cool and leaked water onto items inside. We did not report that issue. Complimentary shampoo/bath wash/conditioner was appreciated but we didn't care for two of the fragrances, cilantro and sage. Valet attendants were extremely helpful and prompt. For the price and location we would stay there again.

I saw a lot of reviews about their parking that seemed suspicious because they kept mentioning the same person. Be careful with the company that controls the parking. The girl Emmi was extremely rude when I questioned the pricing for the parking. When I asked her about it she told me she's not there to talk about pricing. And asked me do you even know what dynamic pricing is? Taneshia at the front desk was awesome and said she would take care of it and calle the manager for the company. She even gave me her card to follow up if it's not taken care of. I stood there and watched her juggle several customers wanting to leave their luggage all with awesome customer service. It looked like they were here for the World Cup. So glad to see they will have someone with awesome customer service taking care of them!

we were given a room the farthest from the elevator-the clerk checking us in was not friendly . I suspect that there is sometimes a stigma / penance? with third party booking utilization. As my grandchildren commented- FAKE BOUGIE.

Staff have a bit of an attitude but they check you in quickly. I guess you can’t have both efficiency and customer service skills.

The valet parking people used my car I think and left trail mix all over the place, then charged more then $50 a night for the pleasure. When I tried to report this at the hotel they shrugged and told me it’s a different company so they can’t do anything. Not real impressed.
