It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was caring and friendly

The people who work in the restaurant in the Lobby were the best employees they have by far!!! They were amazing!! I cannot say the same the front desk staff or the valet. The front desk was off and on and there was one lady who was absolutely rude every time we spoke with her. Our room was cleaned one time out of 4 nights and no idea why. I had to go and ask for towels and to have trash emptied everyday. When I went for the 2nd time in one day to ask for towels and trash to be emptied, I spoke with the hateful front desk lady. I told her I had asked at 2:00 and left and didn’t get back until 7:30 and it was never completed. We were going up dinner and wanted to know if someone could bring towels and empty the trash while I was gone. She told me that she only had one housekeeper and would let her know but didn’t seem like it would be able to be done. I said well I won’t have any towels for a shower tonight or tomorrow then and walked away. I didn’t need to know how many people worked in housekeeping that night. Just fix the problem. There was sticky stuff on the counter in the room when we got there. I went to use the restroom and there was a hair in the toilet. Then there was sticky stuff by the refrigerator that wasn’t cleaned from the last guests and I paid $25 so we could check in early. The morning we were leaving a housekeeper walked in at 8:30 to clean while we were in the room and another knocked at 9:30. However, they couldn’t clean it daily. We will never be back!

More explanation on how the elevators work would be great and someone maybe help open lobby doors or help carry luggage to room

The king size mattress in the king suite was very comfortable and the bathroom had motion activated lights which was nice and not so nice because they stayed on. After you left the bathroom for about 5 minutes it seemed like but when you're sleeping it seems like a long time, but I had wonderful large shower with two spray heads and a long coffee bar with room enough for a computer, however, there was only one chair, and then the couch was huge. Two people could have slept on it. The elevator is fast and it is conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes of Ruth, Chris and cheesecake factory and Capital grill. We parked our car in the covered valet parking And only used our car once during a one-week stay to go to In-N-Out Burger a short distance away.

The staff at Le Meridien Fort Worth were very welcoming from the moment we pulled our car into the valet parking. They couldn’t do enough to help you and were very friendly. With the modern feel and cleanliness, it was the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and would definitely stay here again. It was in a great location to visit surrounding areas, but also in a quieter area which was just what we weee after.

Unfortunately I was scheduled to attend the Southwest Believers Convention 2026 and had to cancel my reservation. I inadvertently somehow made another reservation which was not canceled causing a 274.00 charge to my account. After discovering what happen Parker would not process a reversal or refund. Thank God the Expedia team issued the refund. After this experience I have decided not to even consider Le meriden for future stays in Fort Worth.

Clean and the pool area

Every thing was good except the breakfast it was cold and not good so i didn’t even eat there the second day even though it was paid for.

Love this hotel- prefer the pool view. Pool is nice and roof deck bar is great - the lobby/ breakfast set up is super easy and I appreciate the after hrs snacks. Location is easy walk to a Sundance square and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Items that need improvement - Bellmen to help you with your bags to the room (this is advertised as a nice hotel…we were shocked this wasn’t an option). Maids did not come the first full day we were there. We called and asked for towels and more coffee. After returning from dinner, trash was still not picked up and only *some* towels had been delivered (one with a stain!). Valet will not promise you a spot if you leave for dinner and come back later at night. There will be a man high as a kite on weed available to park your car but will tell you both lots are full and you need to go park it yourselves. Once you explain you ALREADY have a tag on your key for valet, he will finally understand and go park it for you. The man at the reception desk at night is about as friendly and helpful as a prison warden. The towels at the pool are not refreshed and are almost gone even at 11 AM. This is advertised as a boutique hotel, but on further reflection, the customer service was more like a Courtyard Marriott. We won’t be back.
