Didn't have time to use amenities. I stepped up to counter for help but available staff person started a conversation with another staff person leaving me waiting for assistance for a few seconds.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and had a very nice bathroom with a comfortable bed. Overall it was a great place to stay in Fort Worth, right next to the convention center and the water garden.

Great stay in downtown Fort Worth! Good location to walk to Sundance for Fifa watch party. Great rooftop pool and hot tub with tiki bar. Great workout facility with free weights machines and Pelotons and treadmills. 5 star brunch buffet. Very fun atmosphere for a great weekend getaway.

Always clean and accommodating. Staff always makes you feel like a valuable guest and goes out of the way to make your stay a top notch experience. Bespoke services are top tier! Property is in need of some updates. Wall paper was peeling in the room we were in. No major complaints.

Room services comes at 5:30-6pm??? I’ve never heard of that. Our room was a mess because everything time we would be getting back from dinner or from a late lunch, our room would still be a mess.

Everything was perfect except the bath tub didn’t drain water very well. While showering, water gathers a lot and slowly drains

This is a great hotel! It’s big and spacious! The bar is great with a friendly and helpful staff! Front desk workers are kind and considerate! Rooms are comfortable! Great location for walking to the convention center and restaurants and bars! They even have a Starbucks and a steakhouse!!!
