bed was great! room was very nice. i was charged form Booking.com and the hotel. still waiting for a refund. it was only valet parking, so we had to pay a lot for parking.

Location was good. We Liked that there were several restaurants on site. Our room floors were soaked wet for some reason when we arrived. Also, bobs chop house and wine restaurant required reservations. It’s BS that we can’t eat in a restaurant in a $480/ night hotel we’re staying at without planning really far ahead. Ate at whiskey and rye instead onsite. A $25 low quality burger, really?! That was really lackluster. Save some tables for hotel guests. And finally, parking is $51/ night. That is outrageous!!!! Liked the hotel, but not for that price. Felt more like $$250/ night place.

Great Location Rooms where noisy

Location and the amenities it provided. Restaurants excellent The TV service was not great. I don’t call about it due to having things to do. But would have been nice to have a consistent working TV

Great facilities Big, a lot of people, crowded vallet, but good value for the price

The staff was great the facility was clean and it was very nice not new but nice and kept well as it is a staple of fort Worth location was good view over the top of fort Worth was excellent from the 15th floor. The shower in amenities and soaps were all top quality. The bed was comfortable yet The down comforter they use was very hot.. it held heat and the AC did not work that well Crank it all the way down to 60 and it only got to 70 needless to say sweating in bed is not comfortable.

Friendliness of the hotel staff Room wasn’t very clean, air conditioner didn’t work well, shower pressure very poor

Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. Valet was pretty quick. AWFUL VALUE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! Way overpriced just for the room (even worse if you book through Omni. Booking.com was much better.) THEN, $50 PER NIGHT for valet, PLUS about $30 plus tip for breakfast. Lots of gotchas in the room. "Drink that water and we charge you $5" "Take the soap bottle and we charge you $70". I got up and went to the lobby to get my wife some morning coffee. NO COFFEE offered. You have to go REQUEST it from the restaurant and they CHARGE you for lobby coffee in the morning OVER $10!!! THIS PLACE IS AN IQ TEST - FOR REAL!!! JUST SAY NO!!! And not convenient to anything except the convention center...

Very nice stay & friendly staff Maybe this is just european of me but the 4pm check in wasn't ideal after a longhaul, we ended up missing the only stockyard cattle drive during our stay, this isn't really a hotel issue but for awareness
