Amazing experience and top notch room service!

The staff went above and beyond to be of assistance to us through our entire stay- particularly Kay and Cassius Clay. No pool for hotel guests

Location I am not really the one to write a review but felt this needed to be told. The crescent hotel did not have our room ready when it was time for check in at 4pm that I booked in February. Then proceeded to tell us a they could get us in a room that was a downgrade from ours if we didn’t want to wait anymore to get into our room without refunding any difference. They offered a food credit which we did not need we just wanted the room with the balcony that we booked in February at our original check in time. Once we got back to the room, we were very unhappy, and my husband went down to tell them that we really want the room that we booked back in February with a balcony because that one did not have a balcony. And they said okay well, let me try and get it ready for y’all and we said okay That would be nice. We had a concert to be at at 7 PM that night. They finally called us and said the original room we booked is which is now 6:30 and we still needed to meet our friends before the concert started at 7:30. So we were rushing to get in the other room to get downstairs to our Uber to get to the concert which made everything so hectic so in a short response, this hotel experience made are not very hectic and not pleasant at all. I will say there were a couple of people that were working in the front that were very nice and we’re trying to make it up to us so I do appreciate that but overall experience with the hotel I would not recommend or will not be returning back to the Crescent.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional hospitality.

Very clean, friendly and polite staff. Very good bad and restaurant.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. The electric kept shorting out in room (3X) so charging phones was a challenge. Did not appreciate having to change rooms on last night when maintenance was unavailable to address the electric issue. I was told I would receive some type of credit so we’ll see. I did appreciate use of the house car to bring me to several local establishments and save on uber.
