There were flees in our room. The mirror was broken in the bathroom. Seat was broken in bathroom almost fell off. Over all it was ok. Staff was excellent.

As a family of 4 we only had 2 sets of towels in our suite and we were missing all bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. That said, staff provided what we needed immediately upon request and we were more than happy with that.

Room was clean. Comfortable. Loved having the kitchenette and couch. I’d stay there anytime. It’s in an amazing location as well. I stayed 5 nights and loved it.

Our room had a moldy smell, cracked tile in the door way, no body wash for the shower.

I choose this Hotel because have a Gym but none of the treadmills where working , the gym have no towel not even the water dispenser where working, I stayed 4 days and they never clean the room and never gave us new towels
