Sonesta Simply Suites Fort Worth

Very friendly staff! Old/dated accommodations. Small room that was called a “suite” but was just one big room. No couch.

Know that the beds are very soft.

Very good staff, nice hotel. Great value.

Other than location, I have nothing good to say. Loiterers in the parking lot, hallways smelled of marijuana, I did not feel safe staying there, and I checked out immediately after check-in.

The woman who helped me and my family check in was helpful but not very forthcoming with information I feel we should have been aware of. The room itself is nice for business/short stays. Not ideal for family stays or romantic vacations away from home. The room was nice but don't seem clean. I went behind them and cleaned my room upon check in just to make sure it was clean. They require you to bring your towels to them instead of them actually cleaning the room and gathering towels. They only clean their rooms every 7 days while units are occupied. Very unsanitary in my opinion. No amenities whatsoever. No pool, no continental breakfast. Nothing. I did voice this to The manager who was super rude about it all, she ended cutting me off and saying it's their policy. Sucks for them. I'll never be back.

I like the layout of the double room and that it had a kitchen. In the shower, there was barely any water pressure and the hot water took forever to heat up and the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. The AC didn’t work very well. It was hot in the rooms. There was no fan in the bedroom. They disabled our room key before we even checked out. When we were taking stuff to our car, we had to have someone stay in the room so we didn’t get locked out.

Hotel staffers clearly Not dedicated to providing high hotel standards of hospitality -& cleanliness--desk staffers are seen being unprofessional, LOUD and rude to HOTEL GUESTS .

The property was properly clean and in good working order. Only problem is that these are suites. Not all the suites have the amenities like glasses, plates, forks, spoons and etc. I would say make sure they are somewhat uniform but I had a nice time thanks

Great room Had to walk stairs bc elevators were out of service and I was placed on 4th floor! If your making me climb 4 levels of stairs each time I leave my room then I would discount your rooms that stay on 4th floor! Was really unhappy about this situation!

***Super clean!!!*** —nevertheless— The hotel as a whole is antiquated and needs renovation. I’m a school teacher; I’m ok with ok when it comes to lodgings. The layout was fine, as was the space. However, the style and wear of the furnishings seemed about 15 years old. The owner obviously chose alteration over renovation when faced with changing building codes while exerting minimal effort to finance, conceal, or homogenize the project. Damages made by former patrons were obviously not mitigated by the fines they incurred. This place would be a dump if it weren’t for the amazing staff and their ability to keep it spotless :)
