Everything was wonderful. The staff was incedibile. David the bartender was on point. Jennifer in reception was perfect. Clean and well managed. Only complaint was the shower head in our room was a trickle. But was quiet. Never complained so not their fault for not fixing. A bit pricy but also know that they go io when TCU is in town for situations. Roof top bar and pool great. Gym mediocre at best.

David at the front desk was wonderful! We enjoyed chatting with him and he gave us some great ideas for fun and good food. We will stay again if we come back to Ft. Worth. Nice hotel except for the self parking charges. That was ridiculous.

Always enjoy our stay here. Close to the campus, friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar, and good breakfast.

Great location near TCU and the BEST breakfast options we have ever had at a hotel! Definitely keeping Hyatt at the top of our list when booking future trips.

Emily at reception was so warm and welcoming. Thank you Emily! The hotel was a short drive from the Montgomery Antique Mall and Fort Worth Stockyards, but set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great rooftop bar and great breakfast! Thank you!

This hotel was perfect for our stay! It's at the TCU campus, and very close to the Fort Worth Zoo. We were lucky to get an early check in. Our room was perfectly clean, and the included breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.

This was the best hotel stay we have had. The room was spotless, breakfast was wonderful, and the floors in the rooms weren't carpet, which for me was fantastic and so much cleaner!!

The location is great for TCU families. The room is fine but very typical Hyatt. The bathroom has good lighting. The staff is friendly and tries very hard to be helpful. The LOT 12 restaurant on the roof is a big benefit with great food, service, views and very friendly staff. There is zero room service, no robe or slippers, bathroom was barely acceptable cleanliness, not much water pressure in shower and no magnifying mirror. It was very pricey considering the lack of amenities. I had to call to get my room serviced at the end of two days because they forgot/skipped my room. I was careful to remove my "do not disturb" sign because the first day I forgot. BUT, they skipped my room on two of the following days.

Very nice hotel, but be aware that parking is NOT free. You'll have to pay for separately for parking on the hotel property, about $18/day at time of this review. We did not use any of the dinning options, but they looked reasonably nice.

Great hotel near TCU. Clean rooms and comfy beds. I stayed here several times and will be back. Awesome Lot12 rooftop bar and terrace.

Very convenient to TCU and the rooftop bar is great!

The best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The rooftop bar was a very nice addition. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of fruit, protein, and carbs. The coffee was pretty decent as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
