Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - Downtown East

The stay was good clean generous space, no noise, air was cold. The downside was the bed but I had extra cover to smooth it out very lumpy and a little uncomfortable but I did like the room it’s a motel the bed has been used, I get it. The prices , cleanliness and noise free is reason for high rating

This is typical 3rd world country customer service who cancels your reservation placed 1 week in advance just hours before you check in even after calling to confirm the reservation. Avoid this place honestly. The area is also not the nicest with limited options for anything.

Nothing the front desk is rude I don’t know her name the covers were dirty the sheets had blood stains on them It was bad the sheets were dirty I asked for clean sheets nobody brought me none I told the front desk can she switch me into another room she lied and said it was none available but it was like 5 available she just didn’t feel like doing it she was no help

The staff at the front desk tried to charge me $60 instead of normal fee of $20 to check in early. They made me wait outside near the street until it was time to check back in. I paid for another night and they told me I had to check out and check back in instead of letting me stay in the room I was in already because it was paid for and I had my confirmation number and receipt showing I paid. They wouldn't let me leave me luggage in the hotel until it was time to check back in. It was hot and I'm diabetic and take insulin. So I had to be outside in the hot sun with my insulin on me.

Close to cooks children hospital The staff stole from me, I booked a non smoking room and got smoking, when I asked for the non-smoking i was told i checked in too late for them to hold it. I did call to let them know i would be late and was told they'd hold my room, but they still didn't hold my non-smoking room.Get a recipt or record yourself paying your $20 cash only deposit. I had to wake up the guy at the front desk and he didn't write down that I paid my deposit, he gave me my key took my money and went back to sleep. When I went to get my deposit back 1st thing after waking up I was rudely told I didn't pay one, asked her to get the guy that was there she refused, asked her to pull camera she refused, asked for a owner or manager again refused. Later called motel6 corporate office when they called the property the lady said we didn't get our deposit because we damaged the room from smoking WE DONT SMOKE! Liars and theif's.
