They charge you a deposit when you pay online and then they kept it saying that something was wrong with the room

Nothing Staff was horrible, cash deposit only, no lights outside of hotel or in the halls, beds were awful and hard, elevator was not safe, and staff was over charging other people that didn't book online or booking.com

Maids, office personel. The fact that they charged me an extra 40 dollars on top of the 57 for the last day

It was a roof over my head. They charged my card $100 twice, for a deposit...it has now been over 2 weeks, and when I called the motel, they said there was no record of me ever paying the deposit. Now I'm on the phone with my bank, and I found out I was charged twice for the deposit. Now, I am disputing both charges. Also, the young lady at the front desk told me that I had to check out at 10:45 am, even though the sign posted clearly stated 11am...and they charge money for every 15 minutes that you are late checking out. Beware:: Do not stay at this crooked business. The price seems good, but the neighborhood is uncomfortable, the customer service is Terrible, and they are clearly running a crooked system. Stay somewhere else

Location. Quiet. Excellent TV channels, fantastic front desk older white woman at check-out who was very professional and nice and helpful, we loved having HBO Remote didn't work properly, horrible Indian woman at front desk when I checked was extremely rude and hateful, staff has total disregard for honoring customer request for NON-SMOKING room, ice machine broken on our floor so we had to go to another floor, carpet filthy and musty, entire hallway stunk of weed and cigarette smoke
