Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - Downtown East

I had to file a complaint with Expedia and quickly find a replacement hotel. To the hotel stuff: do not reply to this message with $&@. I kept all the screenshots of the conversation with Expedia customer support when they were trying to reach out to you for 2 hrs on my behalf without any success and agreed to refund me. For some reason those messages were deleted from the app messenger later on (what a surprise!) Not sure what scam you are running but that’s awful!

I dread it I wish I could upload pictures but the beds were not made the tv was and the toilet still had urine and tissue in it .

Very BASIC hotel but it was clean and QUIET

The Staff ( from Housekeepers to Front Desk Were very Great. & Location was Perfect & Rooms were very clean &very well kept up with ..

Price and location Rude staff

No remote for TV. Called 3 times for it. Said they would bring it and never did. One of those times I had to go down to the desk and look in the parking lot because that’s where the woman stayed, on her phone. I asked to extend my checkout for one hour an he tried to charge me $95!! Will never go back.

Price was okay but felt overpriced for the room and location to be not good. After showing the staff the discount on the room from booking they tried to sell me the room them selves for full price of $60. I proceeded to get the discount from booking to secure my deal and room for a little cheaper. The rooms were nasty, bed sheets covered in what seemed to be burn wholes from smoking. Bathrooms were ok with the exception of the tub being rusted and dirty on the floor. Towels in the restroom were barely clean with hair and residue on them. The location seemed unsafe with screams and homeless people roaming the streets. I ultimately left after a while.

Nothing.... The first room they gave me smelt like DOG....THE SECOND Room was decent but the the hallway had a bad smell...and they did not give me back my deposit.

Did not get any The room had a smell like something was dead when you open the door. The handicap shower was okay but the floor was getting really wet okay

Stayed for one night for a concert with my spouse room was clean and bed was nice.

There’s was nothing at all I liked they were VERY RUDE with bad attitudes! The wallas are falling apart and the toilet makes weird noises in the middle of the night EVERYTHING

Unfortunately I barely did anything as I had to prep for a back surgery. Did get ice and the machine was working well. Comfortable bed, meaningful channels on the TV, staff was very attentive for any needs.

The rooms were nasty still had used towels in the room. The ac was blowing hot, I was told since I would be there for more than 1 night I could get a microwave and never received it. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and cabinets when you turn it on. It was hard to get someone at the front desk. It was a drug motel it was narcotics being sold and prostitution going on as well. The bed was extremely hard and the linen were stained

They stole my money and escorted me out there hotel. By the police I called
