Plenty of parking spots but limited on dining options

Said breakfast was included..Only thing I saw was coffee and tea..

Area felt VERY unsafe. No elevator so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs. The smoke alarm in our room was beeping. Employee told us to just take the battery out - 1st that's a safety violation and 2nd someone had already done that but it was hardwired so it was still beeping. We asked to switch rooms and they put us in the one next door and we could still hear the smoke alarm beeping. Then I saw cockroaches in our room! Obviously we decided to find a new hotel. When I asked for a refund the employee told me she couldn't do it just then but the charges should be reversed in 3-5 business days. I asked for proof of my refund and she said she had no way to do that. I'm assuming I'm going to have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

The other guests were loud and obnoxious and they stopped serving breakfast at least 45 minutes before they were supposed to. It was supposed to be available until 9:00 and when I went down at 8:15 everything was already taken away. I changed to the Quality Inn next door and had a very good experience. So good I stayed there again the following weekend. And the Quality Inn had a full, hot breakfast, not just packaged food.

This was my first stay at this particular Super 8 motel, after staying at a couple of others. This one was very clean, neatly kept by the cleaning staff. Although there's a gentleman that pairs with another worker that stops by every morning to retrieve the towels and trash. I thought he was a good guy until my final morning it was time to check out at 11AM. He appeared extremely rude that morning to me and pushed the limit as if I were disposed to leave earlier than the actual check out time. No Apologies from him At-All! when I professionally put him in his place and had to remind him that I'm a paying customer 😏. Other than this my room showed a possible infestation of Roaches as I found myself killing several in a 1 week stay here. Also the Microwave Overn Must Be Replaced as you'll have to continuously put more time on it although it doesn't allow for you to do so for approximately 20-30 minutes after each time you start it up. INeedless to say, I'll not be a customer at this particular Super 8 ever again. It's a shame because all of the Management Crew were absolutely respectful and professional.

It was clean inside. It looked like a promising place at first, until someone tried aggressively breaking into my room around midnight-I had to call the police bc there was nobody to help at the front desk when I called. They couldn’t figure out who the suspect was bc their “system was down.” Unsafe place for any woman or children to stay. Lots of noise at 3am, sounded like gang activity (yelling, screaming about who owes who money and threatening to fight) No action was taken to accommodate me after reporting the incident the next morning.

Perfect stay for the value but TV Remote control wasn't working in my room...went 2 times and talked about it with the receptionist about that but with no results,by the end she said YOU CAN CHANGE CHANELS FROM THE BACK OF THE TV......heckkkkk

There wasn't enough towels for the family, they couldn't accommodate with extended check out even though they were ridiculously empty. The man in the front was rude, and took himself some cash out of my deposit $20.00 for the extra 20 mins it took me to turn in the key cards. I had already been on the road 9 days over 2000 miles, none of the other hotels I've stayed at has ever been that rude.

Full breakfast was coffee, sunny delight and little bags of miniature muffins

The location . No extras in the room. No coffee. Refrigerated not working properly. No microwave.

Im disabled and no elevator, I made a third of stairs and then crawled up.?‍♂️

The front desk receptionist was missing when we were trying to check-in. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me. The room was cleaned, but not well. The pillows and blankets had stains all over them. We didn’t get housekeeping at all the entire stay. The breakfast was nothing but the small packages of the mini muffins. The door to our room would barely shut or open. I had to kick it to open it and slam it to close it. I paid a $30 deposit on top of the cost of the room. It’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting to be refunded. I try to call the front desk in regards, but it only rings and rings then I get a busy tone. I would NEVER stay here again! I got a room at a best western 3 star hotel for the same price. Definitely not worth the money!

Check in was seamless. Getting to the room, the smoke detector was defective and the staff told me to take the unit off the wall. My hotel keys stopped working randomly during our stay. Right before I walked out, I saw a roach crawling on the desk. Overall, I won’t return.

There was no cups in the room and the vending machines didn’t work.

The sheet has a lot of stain, a lot of flea in the room

Had to change my room 3 or 4 times nothing was working One room the refrigerator didn’t work no light as well as the bathroom skin half way off Staff is rude want you to put down a 50 dollar deposit “ just in case some break “ but in everyone room 5 things or broken or do not work
