Quality Inn Fort Worth - Downtown East

Staff was not friendly and sitting in lobby when I arrived — I thought they were guests until one of them came behind the counter. Hallway to my room and the room itself smelled like weed. Bed had visible stains all over it. The room was so gross I didn’t even bother to go get my things from my car. Lots of homeless people around and a cemetery right outside my room. I elected to checkout within 20 minutes of arrival and found a safer/cleaner hotel.

Place is run down and falling apart. Pool closed. Ice machine broken. Exterior trash cans overflowing. Everything very outdated. Staff is rude. Vending machine broken. Counters in bathroom stained. Room ceiling had water damage they painted over and was bubbling. Wont ever stay here again. I Dont recomment it to anyone.

Nice customer service and clean

Hallways smelled bad. Rooms stink. Shower drain cap broke and was very slow to drain. Lots of people just walking around like they lived in the hotel and shared rooms. Check in clerk was there and nice. Nobody to check out except for the monitor. Maybe just a rough part of town and the standard isn’t held as high as other hotels in different towns. I stay in these hotels in other towns and they’re ok. Not this one.

I refused to stay at this property. The hotel smelled like mold. While walking in the hallway several rooms had individuals actively smoking weed. The room was dirty, curtains were ripped, lampshades had brown stains all over them, A/C was broken into pieces. I did not feel safe staying at this property. I told the front desk immediately and he stated he was sorry.

Nothing! It was the worst hotel of my life. I travel a lot, but believe me, I’ve never seen such poor quality, filth, and odors. The comforters were full of cigarette burns. The smell was unbearable. I’m not a smoker, but believe me, I stayed just one night and canceled all the other nights I had planned—all because of that single night at this hotel. All my clothes, my travel bag, my hair, and my body reek of that nauseating cigarette smoke.

Cracked walls, lifted crownmolding, cracked molding, and a rat visitor. The a/c was nice but the entirety of the room and hotel is rundown. But you get what you paid for. Will not stay here again.
