Quality Inn Fort Worth - Downtown East

Basic amenities were nonfunctional or unacceptable. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work at all, which is a pretty low bar for any hotel to fail at, and the mini fridge was genuinely disgusting—clearly not cleaned in a long time, frozen shut, and unusable as a result. The staff made the experience even worse. The front desk was rarely attended, and I repeatedly had to wait around just to get someone to show up—often at least five minutes or more. When staff did interact with guests, the communication was consistently blunt, dismissive, and borderline rude, with no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Overall, this stay felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I will not be staying here again, and I would strongly discourage others from booking this property or any affiliated hotel.

The room was filthy and the property was covered in trash. Room had a broken window, moldy shower and mat, non functional smoke alarm, non functional security door at end of hall, non functional swimming pool. Large bags of garbage piled up next to walkways. Litter everywhere. Among the worst hotel experiences of my long life!

The location was close to where we needed to be. Not only was the parking lot closed but, they have NO carts to help you get you to your room! After a jont outside to the “side wing” we get to the room which is not as large or nice as the pictures. The bathroom was more or less a glorified closet! Pictures were very deceiving indeed!!

Not in the best area. We stayed bc it was between two locations we wanted to be close to, and we only had intentions of sleeping there. The place smelled. There was a trash can by the front door with flies everywhere and full trash bags on the ground. The parking lot was full of people just sitting in their cars. There’s a small cemetery in the parking lot. No lie. Fenced in. There was a shooting about 4 blocks down. The pics of the large staircase is in the detached lobby. The motel does not look like that. This places went on my “Never again” list.

More items for breakfast, microwave in rooms

The pictures was not like the experience. It is definitely a motel experience.

Close to downtown. Room smelt like mold and found mold.

Nothin Everything service was bad room had stains and got move two room and they still had it. Tried to get a refund back and I got denied.

Nice location for where I needed to be It was dirty. Had roaches in the fridge the facility smelt like mold bad in certain rooms the shower was a mess and half ass out together. On the outside I’d thought it looked nice but never again will I stay there. 2/10

This place is horrible. I didn't stay because the room they gave was not clean. When I told them that the room was nasty the person at the front desk didn't even try to fix the situation.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. I arrived early and could not check in which was understandable. However they wouldn't even let me use the bathroom in the lobby. I went to to my event and then checked in. An hour later security banged on my door at 11 PM because they had double booked the room. They'd removed the other people's things and now this poor couple was trying to find their things late at night. The room smelled bad and the place felt very unsafe.

Wow that was…not quality. It was pretty gross. It seemed like a rundown old motel that they tried to give a new face with some amenity upgrades or cover ups, but you could still smell the undertone of smoke with a mass of chemicals on top. The carpets felt moist…the whole place felt moist. The photo of the lobby was definitely deceiving.

Seems like they don’t ever clean, and just takes out the trash. There were dirt trails on the shower wall, and other questionable stains on walls/doors. It was difficult asking for towels. Only during house keeping hours, and they need to bring it to you. 10/10 would not stay here again

Nothing really Rude staff. Felt very uncomfortable. Another guest had a mouse in their room…… could have been cleaner.
