Was a nice place to stay just need some work on the walls and doors but over all was good

Property did not feeling safe due to random people hanging around in the parking lot that were not staying at the property. Rooms were not cleaned very well. After requesting a room change twice because they had not been properly cleaned I requested a refund as was denied. I ended up just disputing the charges. We found a better hotel.

Ice machine upstairs did not work so you had to go down stairs the staff at breakfast said there was no ice for the guests but there was just not at the breakfast. Now it would have been great to have ice for the orange juice so it would be ice cold. They did not keep up with the breakfast items I had to ask. All they had to do was check and see if the pancake batter was empty or not which they both were. I will never stay there again. What a horrible experience. They have a person at the day time on a kiosk. That was crazy. When I checked in there was no one around for 15 plus minutes at least. So I tried the kiosk and finally some one came to the front desk and the person that does not work right now only in the mornings.

Food I was only there for 3 days!! And the supervisor didn’t even come to talk to me about it at all! I will not ever go back there. I want my money back too!

Pool and laundry was closed

I needed a last-minute place to stay and this was the choice, a choice I will not make again.

Disappointed in stay & got charged $10 for coming to get my deposit late

Absolutely nothing! Took forever to check in because nobody is there to do so. They never answer the phone. Place was in a sketchy location. Dirty, smelled nasty, not clean, furniture was sticky and dirty, very humid and musty. Tried to get a refund and they denied it.

Room has an order and there was a mouse in my room.

I had to check through FaceTime like computer, even though there was an employee behind the counter. Had a hard time understanding the person on the computer. The computer kept messing up. When we got to our room it smelled of smoke and mold. The door was hard to close, even harder to open. The calling had bubbles in it from where it leaked maybe. The bathroom had mold growing on the wall and calling. There was trash all over the property. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was not working temperature gauge that it was 65° inside. They were serving yogurt out of it with ice packs to keep it cool..

They did not allow me to do an early check in!!! Stated I had to pay much more for any early check in !!!! I found a condom in the trash can of my room. The hallways smells horrible trash everywhere in the hallway. Room doors look like domestic violence.

Basic amenities were nonfunctional or unacceptable. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work at all, which is a pretty low bar for any hotel to fail at, and the mini fridge was genuinely disgusting—clearly not cleaned in a long time, frozen shut, and unusable as a result. The staff made the experience even worse. The front desk was rarely attended, and I repeatedly had to wait around just to get someone to show up—often at least five minutes or more. When staff did interact with guests, the communication was consistently blunt, dismissive, and borderline rude, with no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Overall, this stay felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I will not be staying here again, and I would strongly discourage others from booking this property or any affiliated hotel.

The room was filthy and the property was covered in trash. Room had a broken window, moldy shower and mat, non functional smoke alarm, non functional security door at end of hall, non functional swimming pool. Large bags of garbage piled up next to walkways. Litter everywhere. Among the worst hotel experiences of my long life!

The location was close to where we needed to be. Not only was the parking lot closed but, they have NO carts to help you get you to your room! After a jont outside to the “side wing” we get to the room which is not as large or nice as the pictures. The bathroom was more or less a glorified closet! Pictures were very deceiving indeed!!

Not in the best area. We stayed bc it was between two locations we wanted to be close to, and we only had intentions of sleeping there. The place smelled. There was a trash can by the front door with flies everywhere and full trash bags on the ground. The parking lot was full of people just sitting in their cars. There’s a small cemetery in the parking lot. No lie. Fenced in. There was a shooting about 4 blocks down. The pics of the large staircase is in the detached lobby. The motel does not look like that. This places went on my “Never again” list.

More items for breakfast, microwave in rooms
