The only issue we had was with our bill which I neglected to check before we left the hotel. There were 3 long distance phone calls at 18.72 each that were charged but when I managed to get through to the hotel directly they took care of it. Just check your bill! Otherwise a great stay!

We loved the staff they were exceptionally helpful and extremely kind and got our problems resolved pretty quickly Again, the reason why we needed the staff to resolve any problems they had accidentally double charged our card instead of charging the incidentals on the card, but again got it resolved pretty quickly and they had accidentally mixed up my car with someone else else’s whenever I valet my car

Loved the floor to ceiling window view! There for a girls trip with my daughters and the view was perfect! Place was clean and very nice!

The room and facilities were furnished well The air con is motion sensing so it turns off in the night not ideal for Texas heat, they also tried to charge me twice for the destination fee, I paid it on my booking and they tried charging me afterwards too,

Great location The room was basic, I paid extra for a balcony and there was no chairs so I couldn’t even sit out there. It was very loud also.

It was big Loud, too much partying going on in the hotel rooms in my floor, over crowded in the bar with a lot of people that don’t stay there. Didn’t get any sleep
