The building definitely needed the outside maintained….at least a coat of paint over the peeling paint and weeds cut down. The inside was pretty good though. The room was ok but there a strange man lurking around and was watching us go in our room around a corner then followed me outside when I went to get something out of our car. Didn’t feel safe.

When we pulled up we wondered if the place was still in operation. The outside has paint peeling and the grass was waist high. We walked in and no one was at the front desk. We had to use a phone to call the staff. The room was fine—bare minimum of what we needed: beds, toilet, shower, sink. As we were only sleeping here we just stayed. I wouldn’t stay here again though. I think there was one person working on the property at a time. They were either “in the back” or outside smoking.

good thing was no bed bugs...

The room was spotless as was the rest of the property. Staff were helpful and friendly. The basic bed, bath, breakfast we expected was exceeded. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings adequate. The a/c was quiet and kept the room at the temperature we wanted. The grounds were well kept but the building exterior could use a coat of paint. Overall this was a good spot to use as a base to go exploring.

Nice

The property is a bit run down and it’s a bit of a ways to Indy proper but it’s a good hotel for the price
-
Upon check out when asking about the price on line vs the advertised price, the owner got mad and started screaming at me to leave. ( I cancelled the rest of my reservation and went to the Hampton Inn. Formal complaint to follow

If you’re looking for a clean room at a good price, this is it. But it isn’t anything more than that. The property is old and worn. It isn’t pretty, but it is functional. Good for a quick overnight stay.
-
The property appears in disrepair. The amenities are worn and mostly closed. Mold and dirty grout in the rooms.
-
Rude staff, dirty room, no coffee or supplies in room, no tissue, tv remote didn’t work. Light came on by door when you got up to use bathroom and no way to undo that. Hair in tub.
-
The room was ok , the hotel it self was run down and disgusting.
-
very good for a mid rate accommodations, good customer service and easy to zccess.

Older property not well maintained. Needs detailing in bathroom due to leak from show and poor repair job. Air conditioning cold. Breakfast offering sparse. Eggs and milk only protein. One juice apple. Had to ask for tea bags. Not everybody drinks coffee. Help states management cut offerings for breakfast to save money. Difficult to find properly when interstate exit is closed.

The property is in bas shape. It needs a lot of TLC. Our room smelled like someone had smoke and the walls and bathroom were dirty. There was trash behind the room fridge. All around it looks old and run down. We stayed for a touristic visit and we ended up very disappointed. I think i’s over priced and on top they require a 100 dlrs deposit. 😟

No ac. Blankets and pillows were a good mix of yellow and brown. Nothing worked. From desk worked was sitting there with a fan on him not knowing what to do. Just awful

I had originally planned to stay for 3 weeks this visit and 3 weeks in July. I am looking for a different place

The place is pretty worn out
-
Room was clean. Air conditioning good.

The bed was comfortable very much so. the room itself was OK but the bathroom displayed a great deal of delayed maintenance. The outside of the property looked rough too. This property was not nearly as nice as other Baymont I have stayed in.
